I'm just worried about Flacco since he's been nothing but a liability the last 4 games. If Joe's dumb mistakes continue I hope he gets benched so that maybe it'll ignite a spark in our QB. Seems crazy to be talking this way about a SB winning "Elite QB".

if flacco is to be released it will have to be after the 2019 season and even than it would count for $8 million against the cap or ride it out until 2020 which would cost the team nothing. they basically have to make it work with flacco under center these next 4 years. he needs confidence to get back on track

By the time November is over, only Cleveland will be looking up at the Ravens. Just terrible the way they have lost the last 4. Complete breakdown starting at the top. The Ravens should be in 1st place period! All those games were winnable except the skins game! Throwing the O line and Defense under the bus the entire season won't work! It's all on Joe! Trestman tried quick releases like brady does against us because of the pressure from Sizzle and Co. but Joe couldn't do that now a new OC and the Jets game was winnable but two INTs back to back a flop and lame pass over the top cost us that game! If the Ravens blitz big ben he will lite it up Sunday but like the last time the Ravens played the squeelers the Ravens didn't blitz and Mallet beat the breaks off them! No more excuses Joe gotta step up or step aside! I like Joe called him "Iron Man" but I LOVE THE BALTIMORE RAVENS! They are my pride and joy! Well looking at things IMO the Ravens are playing for pride and jobs at this point. Looking at the schedules the I see Steelers at best losing 5 or 6 games. Bengals losing 7 games and are beloved Ravens losing 9 games. I had them at 5 - 2 at the BYE that didn't happen so I see 7 - 9 at best and NO PLAYOFFS once again .............. Major Rebuild from top to bottom IMO.

Ya, they could cut him. But that would be incredibly dumb. Who do they replace him with? Yes, Joe has been trash, but it's not like he's easily replaced. He's still a starting QB in the NFL, and they are hard to come by. The team will ride it out. Perhaps in the mean time they draft a QB and groom him, then start him when Flacco's contract is up. (That is if the end of Joe's contract and the end of the rookie contracts end simultaneously.)
