Curtis Samuel isn't listed always listed as a pure receiver on prospect boards but I like what I've seen on video.  Any additional thoughts on him?  Upside/downside, etc?

Samuel seems like a stronger, less injury prone Percy Harvin. He's an all around offensive weapon. I wouldn't mind picking him up to be a backup RB, slot receiver, and returner.

Finally got around to watching Cooper kupp....

Someone tell me Why the hell this man isn't a high 2nd/late 1st prospect? Level of competition and all but this man looks the part of an NFL wr. He's tied with Corey Davis in my book after finally seeing him.

Ya hes pretty impressive. And hes been consistent ever since his freshman year. I see him as a 2nd/3rd round guy because hes an fcs guy. However, if he tests well at the combine he might go ealrier comsidering this reciever class isnt very top heavy. Plus no character concerns. Hus character is A+

I'll take him in the 2nd round without question. I have actually been liking the skill positions in the 2nd after taking a closer look. Evan engram and Cooper kupp both look ideal for what we need.

Ya i agree. Theres a lot of good value in the second round. Although i would be pretty bummed not to get a corner in the first 2 rounds considering how good this class is. Especially at the top. Same with pass rusher. 2 positions we really need to find a long term answer for. I wouldny be surprised if we trade back into the 2nd round this year considering comp picks are now tradeable.

He dosen't  have that same explosion  on film as Davis  He looks  more like Chris Hogan  with better hands nothing  jumps off on tape he should  be a middle 2nd early third pick

I would be highly  disappointed  rather have quality over quantity  There is a reason  The vast majority of  1st rd picks fair better  than 2nd-7th round

I was just going through the bowl games and came across Taywan Taylor from WKU, anyone know anything about the guy, has massive production in their offense, haven't watched anything on him.

Davis doesn't have the most impressive explosion either. He's got better verticals but his explosion and top end speed are what keeps him from being considered a superstar prospect. Kupp may actually have better top end speed, he's sneaky fast and once he gets about 5 yards of open field he pulls away from defenders consistently.

I know he had a good game against Alabama this year.

If we can steal Corey Davis in the 2nd rd.... Man I'll be jumping up and down with joy

STOP  we do this every  year I end up falling in love with  a Certain Wr prospect  Ozzie always  ends up talking in code about that prospect and we never take him

I don't know witch Corey Davis  you have been watching  I have been following him for the past two years never once have I heard anyone  question  his explosion  kupp is good at finding  soft spots in zone that's  all

I have already mentioned my corey davis feelings.

Perriman = scared to get hurt

Aiken= like denny green said we know what we have here

Wallace= will be 32 next year; time to move forward

Moore= not sure more like a teams guy to me

I want

Explosive WR or DE

round 2 . CB or whichever we did not draft in round 1

round 3 . OL

round 4 . CB  we struck gold with Tavon Young.. just watched his tape.. great film. I want more aggressive corners just a little bigger.

round 4  WR

round 5-7 bpa or red flags potential. maybe grades; or coach squabble

Seems like Corey Davis ONLY does go routes. Not a first round quality.

I don't what Receiver your looking at but he does all routes and is most definitely worth of a first round pick

I like the kid he will kill the combine he has a lot of Crabtree  like traits from the little bit I saw from him

I wanted James Washington on this team so bad. I think that guy will be special at the NFL level but he's returning for his Senior year. I just saw a Mock Draft on WalterFootball and they have the Ravens taking Amara Darboh in the 3rd round. He has a great matchup vs McFadden who as only a SO is one of the better CBs in college football. Should be a great stage for him tonight.

i really like evan engram as a big bodied slot receiver. hes slightly smaller than a TE but definitely big bodied and great length, with WR speed and quickness, runs elite routes, makes spectacular catches and contested catches, elite YAC guy, great verticals and body control, pro level coverage awareness, he could be really special and i think hes a great fit to be the slot receiver and go-to guy in our offense, i would love to see him take over for pitta.

one concern though... he definitely drops more balls than you'd like, but they often are dropped because he turns to run before he secures it and i think thats pretty apparent. if he could get that worked out then i think hes an elite prospect and a great fit here.

Smaller school is the only thing I see he puts up some stats I am on board

I want to see us grab Curtis Samuel in the 2nd. He'd give us a legit playmaker on offense who could fill the slot role and be effective from the backfield. Most of Flacco's throws nowadays are short dump offs where the receiver has to make someone miss, but the problem is we have only one elusive player in the open field (Dixon). I'd like to see up be aggressive and trade up for him because players like him don't usually fall too much. His athleticism and elusiveness is special and he's not a bad route runner at all. I love him

John Ross, Corey Davis and JuJu Smith would be fine 1st round picks.

Personally, at #16 I'd only consider Davis out of those 3 guys, and even then I love Davis but he probably won't be BPA there. JuJu has too many question marks and frankly I think Ross is overrated, he's quick, can't deny that much but I have questions about how he'd do at the next level.

What are your thoughts on Courtland Sutton?

If I may answer, I don't like him. His get off is so slow and sloppy, he's going to struggle big time against press coverage.

Really hoping we grab Drew Morgan (Arkansas) in 6-7th round or UDFA. Kid plays with more heart than I've seen in a long time and fights for every yard.
