It's due to our team's past performance for seven games now so it is warranted.  Not like they're being downers just for the sake of it.  Well, some maybe.

Had been feeling the same way but honestly after watching majority of the league most teams stink right now

Ravens get healthy and actually stay relatively healthy and they have a shot to make a little run

Steve,Doom,Stanley, yanda and Mosley have to be healthy to do anything

No SSS again today. Going to say that he is not playing. Big blow.

Yeah, that does hurt.  Also, Gillmore not practicing either.  Have to wonder if that is potentially serious with the signing of the TE to the practice squad.  Going to need good production from West + Dixon in the run game and Pitta/Wallace/Aiken/Perriman in the passing game.  The other big injury I think to watch is Mosley.  He has practiced the last 2 days, but has been limited.

VERY excited that Stanley and Yanda are practicing.  Hopefully they both play and we get a major step up in our Oline play in both pass protection and run blocking.

"Wouldn't matter if our entire team is healthy"... Wow.

Well we beat them with our practice squad last year so what's that mean?

Crap..because its an entirely new season...

Really...you expected a positive prediction?

You know I'm right even if you would never admit it. We are a mediocre football team , with average players who are under-achievers. We are poorly coached and lack speed, talent and depth on our roster. We have 1 player in consideration for the pro bowl. Even tho we have a decent defense we are not winning games with the D anymore. That time has passed in the NFL.

If you think I enjoy posting these same lame predictions about my team you are wrong. But the nauseating part is they are almost always right.

I'm not here to blow smoke in the huddle I'm just here to do the Super Bowl Shuffle.

Right and in this new season we started 3-4 as opposed to the 1-6 from last year. Not to mention we appear to have better talent in general compared to last year and if not for having 2 inured starters on the line and another starter out of position we would likely look much better on offense.

Clearly you don't pay attention to what I saw.  And no I don't think your right,  I don't think we lose to the score you defined, not saying we will win because I don't know.  But for you to say doesn't matter if we are healthy.... Right.   I have no problem admitting certain things about this football team,  but to ignore l the variables adding up is just foolish but yet something I completely expect from you.

I think Doom is done!  He's been ineffective as a pass rusher and injured way too much now.

You may be 100% right... But that doesn't stop fans from rooting for this team to win and discussing ways to attack the upcoming opponent.

I don't quite get what you're trying to achieve here with your posts. You're free to post whatever you'd like of course, but are you trying to convince us that this team isn't elite? I mean, we are all watching the games so that's not needed. Or are you trying to get everyone to turn against the front office as if a forum revolt can bring change in some way? Or is that how you deal with the frustration of a lackluster team? Just curious.

Valid questions and I will give you an answer.

We have suffered through a lot of lean years here in Ravensland. Through the Billick era we languished with all of his ego mania, through Boller we suffered on, through McNair, Testeverde, Dilfer, Zeier, Grbac, Cunningham and yes even Jim Harbaugh we have trudged through years and years of never having a fearsome offense . I mean NEVER. I'm sick and tired of Har-Ball. I'm nauseated by Ozzie's " plug up a hole with an over the hill guy for a year" and worry about it later method of putting a squad together and I've had enough of seeing us throw up these mediocre teams .  I've had enough suffering.

We are working on 20 years here people!! I look around the league and I see the same teams year in and year out winning. Patriots, Broncos, Seahawks, Steelers Packers.  Even our 2 SB winning years we were either a  wild-card team or finished the year 10-6 and only won the division on a tie-breaker.

I would like to get the fans together and collectively say we are not gonna take this anymore and perhaps through our unity make some much needed change in the structure of our team.

If we can get the Flock flying in the same direction we can start a stampede and put an end to this madness. because if we don't we will be mired in mediocrity for years to come. I don't want us to be an NFL laughingstock like the Browns, Jets, Bears and Jaguars. We are better than that!

Ah ok. So you're hoping you can create enough anger and outrage on this board through your posts to make ownership open their eyes and start listening to our wishes of change!!!

How long do you plan to attempt this before realizing it's silly and 95% of us just want to watch and talk Ravens football?

Amen brother. Best way to get them to go away. And you can add them to ignored users and not even see their posts, which is what I have done

But it won't affect our wins as long as Tucker keeps making FGs and the defense steps up by liminting opponents to under 10! If they score more than 15 forget about it. We simply can't win against any team in the NFL. What I suggest is the minute an opponent scores 15 points we may as well move on to the next game! Our offense can't score 7 period and we score 7 on defense and special teams more often perhaps after the season is finished. We are bad. Very bad.

Funny. The video they chose on that link wasn't a red zone play, we needed to cover more than a quarter of the field to score there, PLUS it was a misplay by Mike Wallace where he didn't recognize flaccos killer instinct and he opted for the safe move while Joe did the right thing and went for the throat.

However... Our red zone offense is bad.

Referring to that video from the redzone ranking link: i dont understand when people were defending Joe, saying that was a miss-comunication, im a joe supporter but there is no way that ball is catch-able, regardless of route, maybe if your Calvin Johnson.   If you watch Joe, without knowing what is about to happen, he doesnt step into the throw, at all.  This problem has been occurring for a long time, ie backfoot throws as well.  Im sure the injury has something to do with it, but that right there should be a completion 100% of the time.

With the line coming back healthy I'm excited to see where the 2nd half of our season goes. Tough road ahead but there aren't many unbeatable teams this year. If we can beat the steelers there is hope and I think there is a decent chance we do!  A loss right now would be catastrophic and I think this team knows it.

The Ravens aren’t the worst team in the NFL, but they are the worst RedZone team in the NFL. They force their way into our living rooms, masquerading as a decent team in close games, and then they, uh:

Given how inept they’ve been late, it’s a miracle they’ve even been in these games to begin with.

^ Real talk!!

Now get out there and FIX THIS JUNK!!

GO RAVENS!!

Just noticed that shareece , Crockett and KC all didn't practice yesterday.  Everybody else was atleast a limited participant - besides doom.

Always bad news that comes along with the good. Luckily it seems we will have atleast the majority of our starters back out there. Sizzle better light a fire under those guys.

Well we just cut Will Davis and signed Chris Lewis Harris. Was Davis really that bad? I agree we don't have much depth at outside CBs but Lewis Harris is also just 5-10.

None of those guys are playing. I'm most disappointed by KC. I thought he played well with added snaps and want to see how he develops on field. Injuries continue to hamper these young guys development.

On another note, i'm not excited that Gilmore is hurt, but excited to see Waller get more snaps. If Marty uses his size and speed to attack the middle of the field it could open up so much for Wallace and Perriman deep, Pitta and SSS/Aiken underneath.
