They should play more, even when Suggs and Doom are healthy. It will keep a fresher rotation on the field, and give them necessary experience and learning on the job. It will also keep the offenses guessing more will additional looks on our defense.

Suggs and Doom can't (and shouldn't have to) play almost every defensive snap for 4 quarters anymore.

Suggs hasn't so far this season and it was never the plan to have Doom play every snap this season.

blame ozzie hes the one that put this trash team together. Its not flaccos fault his WR all deep ball or bust, is not harbs fault these players are mediocre, its ozzies fault. His last 4 drafts have all been trash nothing but bust

To be honest, I would much rather have Judon starting across from Suggs than ZDS. Let Smith spell suggs when he needs to come out. Judon is so much better than Smith, it's not even close. Smith is a Upshaw clone and offers little in the rush department.

Zadarius Smith is on the cover of a milk carton. Where is this guy, has anybody seen him? Judon is having the better season so far. Smith had a lil success last year and got comfortable. I prefer Judon over Smith and Doom right now but I get they're only using him for passing situations for now if I'm understanding correctly.

He's basically playing out of position. Zadarius is a DE in a 4-3 defense trying to play OLB in a 3-4. For some guys, it takes a little longer. Pernell McPhee was the same way - good rookie year, absolutely nothing the next 2 years until he broke back out in his 4th year.

Which is why they rotate - Suggs is a beast rushing the passer AND stopping the run. Judon will be in on passing downs, Smith on running downs.

Judon is weak at shedding run blocks (right now) - start him full time and teams will run all over his side of the field.

You need both types of OLB in a 3-4.

Steal of the draft, loved him when we drafted him, and i had him, Henry and Dixon being impact players, yet so far Judon has been the only one to stick out....Dixon has a half a season to show his stuff, and the D-Line is so deep Henry can't get PT.....On props for Pierce being a consistent DT....
