Injuries have something to do with losing the last 4 games. But it's not like we have been blown out or never lead these games either. The team lacks the ability to close out on opponents whether that comes from the players or coaches. We have a lot of guys who mattered a craft of talking like a bully and the baddest man on planet. But we seemingly lack the football intelligence to not get a penalty, take points when necessary, step up into pocket, throw into double coverage, or just throw it up. It gets old, yes the team fights hard but those stupid mistakes kill a average team. This team has to find there wins in the details.

Perfect, just perfect.

I agree 100%

Yes, the Ravens truly have to take a hard look at themselves, Ray Lewis used to say, any dogs in the house and the Ravens would answer, woff, woff, woff, woff, but today it seems like somebody let the dogs out and they ran away!!! The Ravens are supposed to be out there playing like crazed dogs but it seems like puppies have taken over, we are supposed to play like a well oiled machine where every part works to keep the machine working and busting through brick walls and not like a rusted out wreck waiting for the junk yard!!! Gird up your loins, pull yourselves together, and play like a Raven, we used to take pride in that, and never gave up the ship, what has happened to that attitude, we are out there playing like old toothless lions instead of like the young lion who leads the pride!!! Lets stop this crap, get back to work, and play like the Ravens who won the Superbowl, GO RAVENS!!!

take a closer look at castillo, engram because receivers are not getting seperation, route running issues etc..etc.., pees lack of creativity to rush the passer and leaving points on the field.

They dont turn it around after this bye week...clear out everything..new young QB, new coaches, new everything

Im just hopeful it doesnt end this way.

If they draft a new, young QB, we'd still be stuck with Flacco until his contract ends. That means that the "new, young QB", will likely ride the pine and be groomed for 3 years. However, I'm OK with that. Flacco's job needs to be threatened anyways. He's sitting pretty no matter disgusting his play is. He knows he's got the guaranteed money, and nobody else out there that is worth it to the team; so he's secure. And you can tell by his play. He's just chucking the ball around, not caring where it ends up. After a pick, or 3 and out, he lightly jogs off the field, as if to say: "Who cares? I'm paid. And I'm going to get my wife pregnant again."

Flacco is making like $20 million per / and playing like $2million per
Jimmy Smith is getting just over $10 million per- he is probably worth every penny
Dennis Pitta is getting just over $6.5 million per- earning about $1million maybe
Yanda is getting nearly $8 million- need him out there
Weddle is getting just over $6million (worth every penny)
Mike Wallace getting nearly $6 million per (he is playing welll but we need more)
Suggs and Dum getting about $5 million per (need them out there)\\\
Stanley getting just over $5million per (need him out there)
Tucker $4.2 million (worth double)

that is our top ten
40% not out there...(stanley,suggs,dum,and yanda)hardto win like that
30% under performing / by pay (joe, wallace,& pitta)
pitta and wallace not playing bad but need to be more consistent
that is 70% of our top 10...either not playing or needing to do more

ANY QUESTIONS????

Jimmy Smith is not worth 10mil ! The second corner can be beat all day and we just caught a break from seeing the back of Jimmy's jersey.

I think he is but you missed the point. The point is that at least 70% of the top ten pain players on the team is either not performing or under performing. That makes it hard to win games in this league what that is the case. Lets say you are right then it is 80% - that explains a lot

Molson man, no we'll disagree my friend and people with more experience and knowledge like Vinny Cerato agreed with me.

T.Wests 50 yard run negated by the hold, Alex Lewis's hold was unnecessary it had little affecr on the run all he had to do was put his hand inside, and he wasnt the reason the play was successful.

Lewis held the LB who would have filled that hole and easily tackled West after 2-3 yards.

"Seeking killer instinct". "Taking long, hard look at ourselves". "Not playing winning football". I'M FREAKIN SICK OF THOSE SAME OLD LAME CLICHES!

If no one is going to take responsibility, why this team is in such a mess roster wise and depth wise to begin with, then please just shut the freak up and say nothing at all. And DO NOT start with the injury-bug talk again, many teams have it even worse, yet are winning.

How did Harbaugh "rid" the team of its leaders? Did he make Lewis and Reed retire? Did he Hurts Suggs arm or SSS's ankle? Just about every one we draft was a captain of their team or a leader on their team in college. We have MANY leaders on our team.

College, really a totally different game here Sami.  I'm talking about the players that would speak up and take charge on the field - who is that now?  I'll give you Suggs and Smith - albeit at the tail end of their career but who else on this team that takes the field on Sunday's is a "leader?"  Who on offense (other than SSS) has stepped up to be that guy?  SSS is on the sideline and the entire offense goes flat.  Who on defense has stepped up and taken control of this defense?

Nobody that's who, people out of position, arm tackling, missing tackles.  Nobody on this team has stepped up and been a leader at all, they're all yes men toting the same BS Harbaugh line, something that wouldn't have happened with the likes of Lewis, Reed, Boldin, Ihedigbo, Pollard <<<< Those are the guys that spoke up in the locker room and kicked the guys in the a$$ on the field and Harbaugh got rid of those except for Lewis & Reed who retired.

Maybe they should look at a playbook instead

The only time the playbook changed was with Kubiak and he took that playbook with him; Cameron, Caldwell (with the exception of the play calling in the playoffs) Trestman and Mornhinweg seem to be calling the same plays out of the same playbook.  Hell, even Harbaugh said the playbook wouldn't be changing, don't know if that's just coach talk but it doesn't appear to be changing...same crappy butt plays have been called

Ravens had since end of last season to get better. How in the heck are they going to do that in two weeks? Ravens excuse will be RUST.

We can't continue to fight the injuries, fight bad coaching and play calling, fight bad reffing, fight poor play with players being out of position, fight poor tackling, fight bad blocking, fight dropped passes, fight too many penalties and fight bad mechanics and bad throws.

This is our 2016 Ravens so far.

Fix all the ones we can control and this will be a completely different team.

Harbaugh looks like a defeated person. It looks like it is finally sinking in that this could be another 5-11 season and it could be his job.

Personally, I don't see how we can all agree we don't have playmakers, yet wasn't it Ozzie not John who let the people walk. People say John ran out all the alpha males but that is just some talking point and everyone wants to jump on that bandwagon. OZZIE controls the roster, not Harbaugh, not Pees, not Castillo, not Bisciotti but Ozzie. He takes input from everyone and makes decisions on that. We saw what Ed Reed could do in a uniform in his last year, why was it Harbaugh who didn't re-sign him. Ozzie created cap space by releasing Boldin. Ozzie said that. Why do we want to blame Harbaugh as if he was afraid of Boldin but let's Suggs and SSS say what ever they want. What did Pollard do or where did he go. Did Harbaugh make every team release him. Ozzie let KO go, Ozzie also has failed us in the draft, I guess that's Harbaugh's fault too. Yes Harbaugh has input, he doesn't make the decisions. Everyone involved with the Ravens has input but they will tell you at the end of the day, Ozzie closes the door and makes the decisions. Harbaugh has his issues but I am sick of hearing people whine about Harbaugh releasing or cutting or getting rid of people. Anyone who knows the Ravens knows that is on Ozzie and if I am Ozzie, I'm insulted you are giving other people my job and insinuating I am just a figurehead. What does Ozzie do, what is his job if he isn't responsible for the roster. Does he just sit and eat Bon-bons all day.
