Harbaugh has rid this team of on the field leaders to show everyone this is his team. The Ravens have an overall losing record since #52 and #20 retired. This ship needs to be righted immediately or we can expect to start experiencing a Browns-like season for the next couple of years...

How did Harbaugh "rid" the team of its leaders? Did he make Lewis and Reed retire? Did he Hurts Suggs arm or SSS's ankle? Just about every one we draft was a captain of their team or a leader on their team in college. We have MANY leaders on our team.

He didn't necessarily "rid this team of leaders", but he is definitely doing a terrible job of coaching this team. When it comes to execution, player developing, determining a players worth, making the right calls on 3rd & 4th down, etc. He has this team PASS HAPPY and failing. Let alone beating around the bush and lying to the fans. A guy like Matt Elam can hang around for years, clearly can't play, but Daniel Brown who did nothing but make plays as WR when the opportunities arose could not even get a fair shot at starting. I'm sick of this harbaugh run circus and I know a lot of other fans are too. What coach in their right mind would sit back and let this team throw pass after pass after pass. I bet we own the record for the fastest offense to go 3 & out. And I didn't just start saying these things about Harbaugh this season. I've said it for years!! We gotta find a way to get Ray Lewis back in the building as our HC!!

Outkast1 is right. I have noticed a lot of good playmakers this year and years past, on other teams, that have gone after the players we picked. Perriman and Elam are just two of our 1st round picks that are busts! The fact is, we have went through a lot of changes years ago with our scouts. And we are seeing the aftermath of it. It used to be "In Ozzie We Trust". Now it's "In Ozzie We Draft Bust"

Yes, I remember Dilfer Fondly. He played with one of the Best Defenses of all time, and 2 Hall of Famers on Offense ( JO and Shannon Sharpe) and a Pro Bowl running back, Jamal Lewis. He only had to throw the ball 15 to 20 times. We had 6 yards running yesterday, the defense gave up Big plays, Trent Dilfer would not of done anything better the Flacco, He probably would of had 4 interceptions.

So lets not axt like they cant run but when your running it 10 attempts or whatever a game West has no chance to break off 2-3 30-50 yard gains and shift time of possession, and keep our defense fresh, and keep joes throws in the 35 attempt range limiting turnover chances.

You had me until the Ray Lewis head coach statement, everything else makes sense. It's not leaders he got rid of but the alpha males, the same ones supposedly responsible for the "mutiny" in 2012. It's obvious he didn't ever want to be challenged again. Suggs chose the role of class clown along time ago, then sudden he wants attention, that wouldn't work at all. We need change, but leave Ray and his already cemented history as it is.

T. West, L.Talifero, B.Williams, W.Davis,R. Mallet, V.Ducasse, A.Levine, L. Guy, M.Elam, J.Powers, K.Aiken, SSS, D. Hester, R.Jensen, R.Wagner, S.Price and Z.Orr are all FA at the end of this year.

SSS will probably retire and 5 starters could be gone -it could get worse before it gets better if some of these young guys dont start stepping up/ soon!

T.Wests 50 yard run negated by the hold, Alex Lewis's hold was unnecessary it had little affecr on the run all he had to do was put his hand inside, and he wasnt the reason the play was successful.
