Joe Flacco is done! Smh yall can blame people well I'm blaming Joe! He is done and Ryan Mallet needs to start! This was pathetic! Smh

I think he's going to come back but won't help us get a winning season. The only reason to rest him is to make sure he doesn't get hurt again. His decision making has been very poor this season as is his overall accuracy.

First of all you can tell Joe is afraid to get hit. Even his good throws are off his back foot. One of our fabulous coaches needs to get with him and correct it. But
even with that done we are not a very good team. We are poorly coached as
evidenced by our lack of discipline (too many penalties) , being caught out of
position too often on defense and wide receivers. Time for shuffling some coaches adding some that actually can coach. See you all next year.

With the lack of protection Flacco has been sacked, pressured, hit, knocked down, etc. etc. If the o-line comes back from the bye with Stanley and Yanda back I'm sure Flacco will show considerable improvement. This season is not over!!!!

Joe Flacco did not have any protection in the pocket from his O-Line. Hopefully with the proper adjustments from coach Castillo the Ravens and Flacco will come back from the bye on FIRE winning one game at a time!!!

coach casillo? hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

In Ozzie we trust? I don't and haven't for some time now. Scouts make the roster not the GM, and all of our good scouts have moved on. Ozzie tries to cover his bad drafts with late moves on cheap veterans to keep the fans on his side . I am totally sick of the imbedded beat reporters, in the Ravens organization spoon feeding us the company lines instead of any real journalism. Were are the hard hitting questions every week, instead of these questions that are so ill formed that Harbs just makes fun of them and changes the subject. We need th hold the entire front office responsible for this mess we call a football team. That Jets team belongs in the #1pick sweepstakes, and we made them look like allstars. I know you can try and blame this all on injuries, but the bad drafting on offseason moves explain all the injuries. Then we invest in vets that are over the hill, why else are they always getting hurt. Remeber Sergio Kindle, we didn't even know he was narcoleptic when we took him first in that draft. That says it all right there. Terrance Brooks, Matt Elam, Sergio Kindle, Aurthor Brown, Denard Darling and to be determined Breshad Permian and Roney Stanley, all really questionable draft choices. If Stanley has a Liz Frank, which I suspect he does, then the poor kid won't ever get to really launch his career.

I agree Molson, you can throw in some other picks we have made also in this year draft like Correa and Kaufusi who we got nothing out of this year. Throw in Max Williams, Carl Davis, and Robert Myers, and Nick Boyle. Just the last two draft picks that we got next to nothing.

bye week will not help when u have the same pathetic roster drafted by oz and co.. it is decosta time

It's Decosta's 'analytics' that's picking these players.

I remember Harbs on draft day talking about OZ and Decosta's draft process like Star Trek.

I thought to myself when you have the 6th overall draft pick and 11 picks in total, its not Star trek, its best player available.

What did they do:

Wait until the 4th round to get a CB and completely ignore the safety position when their secondary was a mess

Spent another 2nd round draft pick on an ILB that can barely get on the field

Double down on big slow DTs in a passing league

Then after draft bring in guys over 30 and wonder why the team lack playmakers.

I'm with you on this post. Who uses 20 picks in the draft instead of trading up and gettinget quality of quantity! Then we sign useless fa outside of Wallace, weddle and Smith. On top.of that hold on to players not living up to their contracts (webb) and not getting rid of them. And let's not forget releasing players that we should have kept, butler, Brooks, Simon. Ozzie and harbs, are really taking a step back

New head coach after the bye week, they are no longer playing for Harbaugh. Fired Trestman and Flacco is showing y'all the wrong guy was fired, get the point.

I said Harbaugh was a fluke years ago, and I got super negged for it. Don't know how much longer it will take before Ozzie and them realize that was Ray Lewis's presence that got us all those play off appearances and the SB win.

I completely agree Harbaugh must go! He looks lost. Good thing he has Flacco to lean on.

I get the injuries, the new OC, poor Oline, blitz, etc, but Bmore is a poorly coached team. The penalties and poor play are inexcusable. Flacco and Harbs are both done. The magic is not coming back. Here's to the 2017 draft and FA smh. We should also think about Qb in the draft.

Red, I have to agree. I see a top 5 pick at this point. Hoping FO does not trade back for picks. Its time to blow this team up.

the biggest problem with this team is the front office. bisciotti needs to ask ozzie to step back and give decosta a shot. look at the roster and ask yourself if you could win a superbowl with it. has anyone on this site ever heard of kc or judon before we drafted them? c'mon this roster is garbage and i agree that flacco is overpaid. depending on how long it takes for bisciotti to man up and make the changes is how long it will take us fans to see a winner.

This was plain sad to watch. With two games completed after firing Trestman, it's clear that he was not the only major problem with this offense. Undisciplined play, injuries, a below-average QB....all that combines for a 4-game losing streak capped by an embarrassing loss to one of the worst teams in the NFL. The next two weeks may serve to recharge the Ravens, but heading into the bye with a loss like today's could also have a demoralizing effect. We'll see when the Steelers come to town in a couple weeks...

I understand we have a lack of offensive weapons, but Flacco is just straight up disappointing. This guy is an embarrassment. We should have done the same thing we did after our 2001 Super Bowl, and just parted ways with the QB.

$120,000,000 for this Ozzie!!!!!!!!!!!

In Ozzie we trust??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Ray Lewis said "there is no leadership" years ago. And I was right there agreeing with him. But noooooo, if you ask all of our "experts" they had soo much faith in the guys we have SMH. Can we please get Ray Lewis back in the building.

I can't figure out why Flacco's salary is the "reason" he needs to go. Who's paying it? And if he were making half of what he's making, would Coach still be sitting their #1 draft pick? Would 12 rushes for 6 yards and 2 picks by the half-as-rich QB be acceptable? Would we have won today behind Mallet and our running game?

How about the constant surrender on 3rd down when we consistently play cover 2 and get beat for a big gain? Joe's salary?

Running a fumble out of the endzone by a d-lineman? Joe's fault? If Mallet was in the game, would Jernigan not have made that boneheaded mistake?

You give any NFL QB weapons and protection, and he'll perform. You let him get beat up every game and give him... Perriman? You get two picks and a 58 QBR. Regardless of his jersey color, his name, or his salary.

He is gone and retired but we do need to draft those nasties again. The alpha male that steps up and commands not just the huddle but inspires the whole team, keep them in check when they need it, give an individual the pep talk that sends him towards greatness. That we can all agree.

If Stanley and Yanda come back along with CJ and Smith Jr. perhaps they can do it. Remember, we have a luxury with an Elite QB except he just needs a little more protection which I'm sure Stanley and Yanda will offer.

why start a qb that did not practice aside from the walk through but as a veteran he stunk it up. brady is 38 and playing like he is 28. like i said earlier the problem begins with the front office. the roster is awful

All of this is just a lack of discipline and respect towards the coaches. The Jernigan blunder, the Mosley befuddle, the Tucker lined up wrong fake, the constant penalties and lack of tackling when put in perfect position. Don't forget all the people not playing on this salary cap we are paying 74 players plus an injury settlement with Campinaro, and it's only a 53 man roster with 8 practice squad members. 46 required active each week to play legally. This means we pay to many player not contributing, cut their salary and pay durable players, that should fall on Ozzie. As for Joe he won't ever change, he is what he is, which is consistently inconsistent with a really strong arm but little to no accuracy on softer throws. He can't or won't audible, still can't figure out why, I was at the Super Bowl he did it in that game but never again. He blames not going deep on his coaches but, he just needs to buck up and call it himself. Those interceptions looked obvious that his shoulder was in pain and what happened at the end, his shoulder locked up on him. Joe shouldn't have been playing this week for his own health, regardless if Mallet would have done better or not. The lack of blitzes on third down is what Pees has always done here, but these guys in the secondary are straight slow, when receivers run past them as if they are on training wheels that's bad. We have a lot of issues but Flacco is right near the top.

Agree!!

aside from a 4 game run in 2012 and a decent season under a real oc named kubiak, flacco has been a below avg. overpaid qb. not all of his fault but after 9 years years it is hard to make excuses for him when a 38 y.o. qb named brady is tearing it up with no names on the roster. ozzie and thr scouting dept need a makeover
