I have been an avid fan of Ozzie & John from the beginning but the time has come for new leadership. The team seems to be in disarray and even on the field there is no one to turn to for leadership. I do not agree that Joe is completely to blame for the problems as he has been behind at least 6 O lines this year and we see the results. Joe needs to sit down (for the remainder of the year, if necessary) to allow his shoulder and yes his knee to heal properly. There are too many areas of the team that needs revamping that I don't need to go into. The season is lost so play out the schedule and hope for the best.

Its easy to see that the players have no respect for Harbs.. I can see us having a top 3 pick next year but of course they will just trade down for some extra 4th and 5th round picks..

Heres to beating a dead horse. Its been the same Waste products factory since we lost Kubiak, which was the worst decision arguably in organizations history. Kubiak should of gotten coach Horribles job.

A)2 straight years of Marty,Trestman pass Addiction offense has lead to downfall of the Ravens. 6 straight 40 plus pass games, 4 straight losses.

I remember Harbs on draft day talking about OZ and Decosta's draft process like Star Trek.

I thought to myself when you have the 6th overall draft pick and 11 picks in total, its not Star trek, its best player available.

What did they do:

Wait until the 4th round to get a CB and completely ignore the safety position when their secondary was a mess

Spent another 2nd round draft pick on an ILB that can barely get on the field

Double down on big slow DTs in a passing league

Then after draft bring in guys over 30 and wonder why the team lack playmakers.

The lack of discipline on this team also speaks volumes, they were often in the perfect position and mad a bad choice to blow the play on defense, then our star player "penalty" is the only thing we do constantly. This says Harbs sucks, the injuries and failing lineups says Ozzie. Perhaps the overhaul is in need this offseason, or we can remain in denial and stay the course. Ravens are supposed to be yearly contenders like the Patriots, at least that's what Our lovely owner tries to spoon feed us all the time through his cheap used car salesman smile.

I admire your optimism, but I have no rational reason to back it.

I think Flacco is regressing, and losing his confidence in the process. He may finally throw for 4,000 yes this year (if he survives), but he will have the lowest QBR of any QB ever to do so. At this rate, his turnovers may exceed his TDs.

Even if we get healthy and start winning it would just hide the same deficiencies that we are all complaining about now. We need more than band-aids we need legitimate solutions, not stop gaps but real long term solutions. And the Bengals are also a hot mess, this is a losing division so far this year, mean while the AFC west looks to be the hot division now. Don't forget Buffalo is one game behind the Patriots as well. Yeah before this game we were in a golden spot sitting in the 7th seed and one game out in our division now it will be division or bust.

Nine games remain. With the upcoming bye I'm sure O-Line coach Castillo will make the right adjustments to give Flacco more protection in the pocket. The Ravens must win one game at a time, and hopefully once healed from his shoulder injury Flacco will earn his paycheck winning some games for us!!!

Also Im starting to get on board with fans who say draft a new franchise Qb in next couple years.
I completely agree OCs and coaching has been garbage hurting offense and flacco throwing 40x every week for last 2 years..
But Joe putting up a 70Qb rating or there about is god awful and unacceptable too.
A 20million dollar Qb has to put up top 10 qb numbers high 80low 90 qb rating at worst..

And Joe is under performing at much as coaching is hindering him by being pass addicted.

Ozzie drafts high character guys, and Harbs ensures they always play hard, but they are like a washing machine - all thrust, no vector. Aside from Kubiak, this team has not established a clear identity. They continue to wallow in mediocrity. This team needs a new, clear approach from top to bottom.

Is it just coincidence or bad luck that we've had major injury issues these last two years? Has anyone looked at training protocol on the team? I get that some injuries (e.g. ankle rolled up on, concussions) are hard to avoid in the game, but the achilles and hamstrings and other nagging injuries seem like we're not in NFL shape season in and out. What gives? I'm not willing to throw Ozzie under the bus- though I get the earlier post about waiting until the 4th round to grab a CB.

I get the injuries, the new OC, poor Oline, blitz, etc, but Bmore is a poorly coached team. The penalties and poor play are inexcusable. Flacco and Harbs are both done. The magic is not coming back. Here's to the 2017 draft and FA smh. We should also think about Qb in the draft.

This team might be good enough to beat the Browns and steal one more by surprising a team who overlooks them. Looks like 5-11 again. Checking 2017 mock drafts in October is not a good place to be as a Ravens fan.

Joe Flacco did not have any protection in the pocket from his O-Line. Hopefully with the proper adjustments from coach Castillo the Ravens and Flacco will come back from the bye on FIRE winning one game at a time!!!
