I honestly would be on board with a coaching change and Frazier taking over as HC during the BYE. Something needs to be done coaching wise and we are making the same mistakes every week and every year since the Super Bowl in 2012. Do something to try to save the season, and at the very least we can get a head start on the coaching search.
