First of all he was the 1st round pick last year not 3 years ago. He's basically still a rookie who missed both his training camps. 

Also it's not about who makes the start. Aiken made the start last week, but it was Perriman who was targeted 8 times.

Absolutely everything about our pass rush is underwhelming.  I hate being pessimistic, but its going to be the thing that kills us this year (much like it was last year). Not gonna beat any good teams without a semblance of a pass rush.

I'm I the only one that looks at the penalties other teams commits but never gets called and think that it would be 12 flags on the field if the Ravens did the same thing? On the play Mangold got hurt, Orr was clearly held

And the worst part of it is there is not too much we can do at this point, because I am not seeing much out of these young guys to be hopeful that things improve
