Joe Flacco did not practice 10/19-20/16 but did 10/21/16

Reported by profootballtalk, Joe was kept out of practice today due to unknown reason.  As we all know, Joe has always been an iron man on the field; even he's hurt, he won't show it, and if he shows it, it is bad.  I didn't see any sign of him getting hurt or anything but he just came back from MCL and ACL, so it is taken in reconsideration....

Should fine out something later today, as Zrebiec indicated Harbaugh would comment on it later.

Zrebiec did speculate that Joe looked "woozy" in the post game interviews (that were done in the locker room vs at a PC podium), and that he could have suffered a concussion, but Mike Preston denied this.

So time will tell.

John just said minutes ago that Joe played too much so he needs rest and he is at meeting all the time.....

Well maybe the issue is passing 40-55 times a game is not feesable on his arm ... not going to blame him for that...

Nah, pitchers in baseball throw it 2-3 times that amount, twice a week. And that's far harder on your arm than passing a football.

According to Jeff Zrebiec said Joe reported the injury Monday. Had an MRI. And he doesn't know when the injury took place.

QB Joe Flacco has a right shoulder issue, per Coach Harbaugh. Harbaugh: "I believe he has a legitimate chance to play."

Not exactly nothing.

wow, that's not the issue? he got sacks so many times and took hard hit; I would be surprised that he isn't hurt....

It's not about being tough; it's about the long term and career wise...

Well, that's what my first thought was; his knee isn't 100% yet...but then what's this about his shoulder?

Probably just rest. I wouldn't worry too much.

I was about to say; how would u not worry with all the injuries last year and this year? lol

John always plays off the injury report...

Well the people saying that we need to give Mallett a shot might just get their wish. Joe's as tough as they come so if he can go he will. And I hope for our sake that he does.

Be careful what you wish for folks. You might just get it.

I was thinking about the same thing after I saw the report about this shoulder...

Now I know why he's been missing the easy throws against the Giants....

Just get the man some McNuggets and an ice pack and do not let him get off the couch until Sunday morning. We cannot afford to lose him even for a game right now.

Yeah I thought he looked tired, but thought that's strange, I've never seen him look tired, and this guy has like 400 kids lol

I'm confident we can beat the jets even with mallet if we get some of our guys on the o line and defense back. Just run the ball like crazy and shut their offense down. Hope it doesn't come to that but I'm not worried either way.

Eh, let him rest. We can beat the Jets with Mallett.

I have zero confidence in us beating any team with Mallett. I only have mild confidence in us beating the Jets with Flacco.

We aren't the kind of team or fanbase who should be confident about beating any team in the league right now.

ugggh...

He's hit so much, and hurt all over to the point he doesn't even know when he injured it. This is terrible.

I told my sister in the 4th quarter that Joe didn't look "right" and I thought he was hurt.

I wonder if that late hit Giants got flagged for on Joe was the culprit.....
