The Caps are choking , simply as that . They are a great regular season team with a lot of potential but you need a lot more to win in playoffs . You won't get through just on pure skill , look at Detroit. They won last year because they played a two-way game (even though Datsyuk and Zetterberg are two of the most skilled guys in the NHL right now , they were very responsible defensively and when they were on the ice they had the following mindset : keep it simple,play responsible in your own end and then worry about the offense) . This Caps team is all about trying to shoot from every position and win the games only based on offence. This year loss will be a good start for them to realize they need to work on their two-way game.

Flyers need these games at home to have any chance in the Pitt series. Game is just about to come on... Biron may need to shut them out with how shotty their offense has been lately. 4 30 goal scorers on philly and they havent put jack s*** up in the playoffs....

Holy crap this game is intense. 3 or four fights already, 2 goals to the Flyers... looking good so far.

Flyers just couldn't hang this series... We need a bigtime goalie. I doubt any are on the market... We have tons of forwards, we need a big Dman and Goalie to turn the corner and make a run at the cup, as much as I hate it, we aren't there yet

Seems like noone has any love for the Pens. Well I live 20 minutes North of Pitt so I root for them every year. Although I am curious as to what NHL team most people from Baltimore and the surrounding area root for the most. I am assuming its the Caps. Anyways Lets Go PENS!! Lets get that cup back!

That was one crazy game. It's like all the loose pucks were magnetized and the Flyers were playing with metal sticks. This just turned into a real series. Game 6 in Philly on Saturday is going to be an insane atmosphere.

It better be on NBC, comcast doesn't carry versus here.... annoying. I watch them online a lot, but the HDTV is much much better. I hope we can at least force a game 7. If Biron keeps it up,anything is possible. That is almost like saying if Kyle Boller doesn't fumble or throw a pick we can definitely win..... you never know.

Well you probably had it better this past game on TV. 90% of the second period was blacked out over here in Pitt because of "technical difficulties." But I agree with you about Biron. If he plays the next 2 games like he did tonight, I think everyone in Pitt including myself will be upset. But so far this series has not been disappointing at all. good luck next game! Hopefully Malkin has a field day with Biron and they have to pull him...lol

Slight conspiracy theory about the Caps: When I was at the second home game, I saw a fan with a Caps jersey but a Detroit Lions hat. I think he brought the Lion's bad luck with him.

I would like to see the caps win. Although there are a bunch of die hard cap fans here, so if they were to lose 4-1 and the Flyers lost 4-2 I could be a little happier

Wow what a great game going on right now for Pens/Flyers. 3-3 going into the third period. Looks like this one is gonna be a nailbiter. I keep having to switch from the game to the draft. Lets go Pens!
