1. If they take the FG, it changes the rest of the plays from there on out. So, it doesn't set up a game winning FG. It's foolish to think that is actually possible. We wouldn't have even been in position to win the game if Harbs hadn't went for on 4th & 5.

2. West had 3 chances to score from the 1 yard line and couldn't - you think he gets 30 yards on 7 more carries? The Giants tighten their run D and the run wasn't working. You call the plays that the defense gives you. Juice with the worst (non) block by a fullback ever.

3. O-line, Injuries & Pass Rush (or lack thereof) is why we are losing games.

Its 4th and goal, we go for it and don't convert. if your a good team you go for it no question and make it. How can you blame Harbs for that decision, there's no reason why they shouldn't have been able to punch the ball in with that many chances, at hat close of a range. If Terrance West cuts in following the first block instead of waiting and taking it out all the way outside, it's a different conversation. I honestly only see 3 things wrong with this team. 1- We still have no consistency. Trestman is awful, then we fire him and promote the qb coach, then our o-line is decimated by injuries, and none of the are gelling together, even though they didn't perform well before, 5 pro bowl players inactive today, then our best corner and pass rusher go down. If we can finally get use to something effective, we are effective. 2- the o-line, not much needed to be said, they aren't doing good and it's affecting everything. 3- Dean Pees cant gameplan against no.1 WR's, he just can't.

Again we have a make shift banged up offensive line and just got stuffed 3 plays in a row you take the 3. All things considered we don't have the proper personnel to punch that in and oh yeah we suck in the red zone anyway. This is three weeks in a row a bad choice has cost us points that could have made the games much easier. That said no garente we would have won, but I believe we had a far better chance. By not getting any points their we surrendered any gained momentum.

We gotta take points when the opportunity present its self. We could of won if we kicked the field goal on 4th down. Coaches play towards personnel strength I should be A coach

Year after year I spend the offseason hoping we will pick up or draft a top flight CB, and year after year we pay the price for ignoring this glaring need on our team. I just don't get it.

Mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn I don't get it either and it is becoming increasingly annoying game after game to keep watching the same terrible product we put out. Ozzie needs to quit trying to bargain shop with these C level dbs! Go spend some dang money on talent.

why blame the defense they are why we are so competitive. No one wants to blame our offense for the over throws And incompetence. Our qb seems to be average I'm looking for above average the qb is the general I'm sick of bad coaching and average qb play. Good thing is Pitt and cinci lost we will be ok offense step your game up . Honestly joe is not all that not quick and precise enough

When watching the first 6 games, I noticed that we were lucky in 2 games (@Browns and @Jags), unlucky against Raiders and Skins. Deserved clear win only against Bills; deserved loss @Giants yesterday. Yesterday we even had the luck more on our side but could not get away with it. Why is it?, because yesterday they just made too many mistakes (coaching like 4&1, o-line no solid pass protection and holdings, d-line with no pass rush at all- except one play by Sizzle, no big special teams play). Period. I do not like to completely blame the no huddle offense in the final minute. It is also important not to risk false starts with an unexperienced and injury-plagued new o-line, also given the not yet fully developed synch with WRs. I could nearly feel how uncomfortable Flacco was with the pressure coming in his face. This may explains some overthrows and, obviously, his lack of confidence in himself and his teammates. Compare this to the no huddle offense of the Giants especially at the end of 2nd quarter, where Eli nearly could smoke one in between. How can we expect from any DBs to cover such a long time all receiving threats? However, we see that despite penalties, giving up big plays, lack of solid o- and d- line, we still can compete until final minute! This team CAN win and I am far from giving the season up as so many here seem to. Keep grinding and wins will come, even with a harder schedule at the horizon. Go RAVENS!

Play like A RAVEN Really, just what does that really mean anymore? The 3 wins must have been pure luck. The only consistency with this team is that they now find a way to lose. Coaching is the culprit as I see it. Players are undisciplined and have a knack for killing any momentum they may have at any point in a game. Cannot watch this crap anymore. Harbaugh needs to go and so does the whole coaching staff. Sarah Brightman is singing their song TIME TO SAY GOODBYE.
