We'll find a way to make it come down to the last possession. If we can't block its over for Joe again and they are much better than NYG who dominated our line.

I wouldn't confidently say that they're better than the Giants. Position by position I'd go QB- Giants, RB-Jets, WR/TE- Giants, OL- push, DL- Jets, LB- Jets, DB- Giants. The replacement OL didn't do as bad as most would probably think, and since I am thinking Stanley and Wagner are probably going to be back and playing this week, I think that the OL will likely improve. I'm not saying this will be a blowout or anything, but I do think that the Ravens have a better shot against the Jets.

A lot of people are upset with the decision to go for it on 4th down....I'm sorry it's a no brainer to go for it in that situation, if you can't get 3 yards in 4 plays you don't deserve to win, but no team settles for a FG there. I hate the pitch call and felt West did a bad job turning it up field, but you still have to go for it.

I also see ridiculous comments claiming Flacco is terrible at the QB sneak, this is simply not true, yesterday was one rare occurrence where it actually didn't work.

Seriously! It's almost as automatic as Tucker.

That play was lucky imo, Flacco and Aiken made that broken play. I think we should roll Joe out more but not on a 4th and 1.

I'd love to see some play-action bootleg like we did when Kubiak was here.

The Aiken great story was last year he looks terrible maybe why that's why Joe didn't sling it his way when he was wide open in the EZ

No he wasn't. DRC (I think) left Aiken because he saw Flacco throwing it to his right.

Redskins pass D sucked too...

Yeah, but it was Trestman calling the plays then. And it was definitely better with Marty being the play caller. If Trestman was calling it every pass would be five yards, and he wouldn't dream of challenging Revis deep.

We're gonna win this game.

And a Big Ben-less Steelers will lose to the Pats. Which means we're gonna be tied for 1st in the AFC N.

Hey haters.

Every game this season has been winnable, this one is no different. Fitzy is capable of making mistakes, but whether or not we can capitalize on those mistakes his key. We had the turnover differential with the Giants but they still won. Disciplined football, execution, and we win!

With a few QB exceptions, you must run the ball to win most games in this league.  I can recall Kubiak sticking with run attempts even when things weren't going well early then breaking things open in the final quarters of games. Receivers are nice to have but will not be dominant with a damanged OL. It's time to get this going without further delay.

Have you seen our receiving group this year?  LOL  Joe would likely have multiple games with multiple TDs if receivers played like they've been there before.  Perriman's lack of veteran technique cost us against the Redskins.  Aiken failed to sustain our final drive against the Raiders despite looking like a rising star the latter half of 2015.  Truth is we STILL haven't solved the WR problem when it comes to acquiring elite playmakers.  Somehow we've always fallen short when it comes to nabbing a pass-catcher who simply can't be stopped at times (Megatron, Fitz, AJ Green, A Brown, Gronk, hell even OBJ when he's focused lol).

Through four weeks he has only 1 multi TD pass game. I say four weeks because we had Smith Sr. through four weeks. Anyways, Steve Smith Sr., Mike Wallace and Dennis Pitta. That's really as good as it gets for Joe through four weeks. Problem is the offense breaks down in the redzone. We've failed there so many times and that's a big reason why Joe hasn't had any big games yet. Then again, if he did than Trestman probably keeps him job.

Now looking at the Jets defense, you'd think we'd be able to score 25+ points, but nah. This game is gonna be a stressful game like always.

I agree as a team the Giants are better, I meant D line which you also agreed with, I was a little misleading in my op

He was open because the db went to where Joe threw it... He wasn't open until the ball had already left Joe's hand.

Honestly man, when are you ever gonna use facts?

If it makes you feel better. The Jets didnt get a sack on Palmer and they were playing with both guards out and AQ Shipley at C- Im sure everyone remembers him.

They actually did run one naked bootleg vs Giants (pretty sure it was the first half, and Joe just threw it short to someone on the left sideline). It got me pretty excited seeing them actually do it lol.

The Ravens have sunk to EVEN by the oddsmakers for the Jets game. They may have started the season 3-0 but they're viewed as a bottom-rung team. How the mighty have fallen. smh

I noticed weeks ago that  many players missed practice day-after-day for a variety of reasons, With that, losses should be expected and now the injuries are mounting. Also, some key players had little to no summer camp or preseason. It must be nice to collect a game check of that magnitude without much practice.

I really hope Ronnie comes back. Interior OL was ok but having Lewis and him as OTs would make me feel a lot more confortable.

Plus, this is a game we win. First time of the season I say it. The Jets are horrible, the only one who scare me are B-Marsh (considering we have no one except Tavon who's too small) and Big Mo. If Marty does well with playcalling, we win without any issues.

This could either be a very exciting game or an extremely boring one. The Jets is the only team with less TDs (9 VS 10) than the Ravens this season. I think it's time to include a few trick plays.

Anyone here anything about Jimmy? Can we expect him back for this game?

Hard to say.  He is in the concussion protocol, so he has to clear that to be able to play, which is always unpredictable.

Last sentence of the article:  "Smith will have to clear by the NFL’s concussion protocol procedure this week before he is allowed to return."

I'm going positive here even with the results of the last 3 weeks & losing those close games this team is still right in the division race.

A win this week followed by the buy could get us going in the right direction as players return from injury.

If they limit the penalties they should finally have a game that finishes by more than 7 points.

So he wasn't open but he was open? Seriously MAN you should at least take one of those Sally Struthers correspondence courses. Some education is better than none.
