Wagner, Hester , Powers , talioferro, Robertson all active.

Also Willie hernry is active for the first time this season.

Just really disappointed about Stanley. I know we can get it done without him but were so much better with him out there. Also not looking forward to our defense and pass rush without sizzle for the first time this year. Our pass rush had already sizzled out enough.

This is solidifying my opinion that Stanley is soft. Shades of Eugene Monroe, we should have traded for Ramsey.

well he keeps saying he wants to play and that its coaches decision. Who knows though.

Dude he is average at best. I don't think he has gone a game without being whistled for holding before he got hurt. Honestly don't understand the obsession with him, I don't think he has been bad, especially for a rookie, but our fan base treats him like a pro bowler and he just isn't there yet

The point is he is better than the Alternative. And it further hinders his development. But no, I'd say he's a little better than average. I don't think dude allowed one sack and barely allowed a qb hurry. That's pretty damn good considering.

Well I hope Stanley is ready to go after the bye. Very disappointed. While a loss will be very hard to swallow, we may still have a chance at the division IF the Steelers lose their next two games.

Not if he has to hold and get penalized to do it!

Stanley is inactive again? Even after logging in full practices? Wow, if he doesn't come back by the Steelers game then I will be really concerned.

The Steelers play the Pats today so they have a good chance of loosing.

Their bye is same as us so if we win and they loose today we will face each other tied for first.

Stanley inactive? I'm starting to wonder if he's in harbaughs dog house or something? Had a full week of practice and still a no go? Something ain't right. If he is in the dog house I can say harbs ain't giving his team the best chance to win this way.

Its called being extra-cautious with your rookie franchise LT.

Remember, there's a bye next week...

It's concerning for sure. There's a bye week coming up so if he does not return by the Steelers than you have to be worried. It sounded like a week-to-week thing for him and he logged in full practices and came in questionable, my guess and hope is not the injury but rather the rust, he probably didn't look good in practice and the team felt that Lewis would be the better option at LT.

Exactly.  Although we heard he practiced, we never heard if he practiced with the first team or if he could get sufficient push off the bad foot.  Let's not risk further injury to our 1st round pick.

Correct... if he doesn't return in 2 weeks that's an issue.

I suspect there are certain players who could be playing if its a playoff game or a must-win game, but with a game against a pretty bad team and a bye week looming, being conservative with injuries is the way to go.

Worst thing possible would be the send him out there, re-injure, and miss another month or more in more crucial games. Seems like that's possibly what happened with Dumervil.

No, not with a bye ahead followed by potentially a Pittsburgh game playing for first place.

Shoot even if Mallet has to start I'm condfident we can win  this  game if we get stanley, Wagner, jimmy and Mosley back. Our defense will shut geno down and probably put up some points on their own. Then we just punch the ball down their throat with west. Mallet has a cannon so we'll still be able to stretch the feild as well. Let's hope it doesn't come to that but I'm confident either way.

Boy oh boy you sure called that one huh? NOT

Why does it seem like some people are happy we are struggling right now....

insert some bs about preserving the long term success by cutting ties with key staff(QB,GM,HC), short term pain for long term success, etc, etc....

it's because some fans don't like John Harbaugh and wanted him gone even when the team was a winning team . There are even fans that feel the same way about Joe Flacco as well.

Go back and re-read the post a little more carefully bud. I expected a win but I also expected Stanley and a few other guys to be back from injury.
