5 Things to watch vs Giants..

1) Special Teams Return to Form- No gamechanging returns allowed(TDs, long returns), Tucker keep doing what you do and Koch pin them deep

2) Run/Pass balance, more explosion plays.- No more 50 passes a game, hell no more 40 passes a game. Run 25-30x and pass 35x

3) More out of the pass Rush- 1 Sack in last 2 weeks. I hope Dean Pees took notice that Eli has like a 50 qb rating vs the blitz but 120 qb rating vs non blitz..so blitz him.
Without Dumervil, I want and expect more Matt Judon the best pure speed, motor pass rusher on our team, atleast use him on 3rd dn pass rush situations

4) Holding up for Joe- whatever combination is.. Stanley,Lewis,Zuttah,Uerschel,Wagner or some combination of..Lewis,Uerschel,Zuttah,Stanley, Jenson/Ducasse.. The oline should be able to hold up aa long as they dont throw it 40 plus times

5) Linebackers&Coverage-Mosley being out means split time between Bert McCllellen,Correa with Orr step up and make plays. 2ndry Jimmy v OBJ, I expect Weddle to continue to put everyone in right spots.. continue to tackle..no big plays

1. Is the offense balanced?
2. Does Joe paly any better?
3. Do we need to blitz to get pressure?
4. Impact of young guys (Moore, Perriman, Correa, Judon, Onaswor)
5. Do coaches continue to get in the way with bad paly calling, poor decisions, bad clock management?

I believe the coaches stole 2 away from the Ravens. With all the problems on the o-line and untimely penalties, the 2 loss games came down to fake FGs, declining penalties, and poor play calling.

i hope they don't force the run game if the giants shut it down, with trestmann its this is the game plan, make it work! and i really wish FLACCO stays on guy asses, like ZUTAH and say, keep your butt focused,no stupid penalties and i'd love to see a game where we score twice in a row,i'll take a td and a feild goal,i don't care, tired of getting a score and taking our foot off the pedal.here,we'll wait till you guys score!

There is only one thing to watch Garrett. A chance at winning against a team that has lost more games than they've won, but they've home court advantage. So I doubt we'll see that, especially after losing 2 games 'at home' against 'inferior' opponents (inferior to the Giants I mean).

1- We can handle just about any loss on D except Mosley and Weddle. It'll be interesting to see how we play without CJ.

2- No more 3 and outs! If we keep giving the ball right back to Eli, they will make the adjustments and burn is no matter how good we are. 13 is the number of times we gave the ball to Washington. 7-9 is the magic number here.

3- Pitta and Waller are mismatch nightmares. Let's go to them often!

4- I know it's obvious, but let's run the damn ball and keep running it till they stop it.

5- Flacco has to do better. He just has to muster some kind of an offense regardless of the situation

Only one thing needs to happen for us to win. We have to keep them off balance when on offense for the entire game. They have no idea what to expect, so find a way to make it happen.

If we let Eli stand back there all day with no pressure he will look like Peyton in his prime. Hope I'm dead wrong but I feel we are in store for a long frustrating afternoon.

yea, our pass rush has been whimpy thus far. well, maybe our new OC can get this squad to put up 30 points and take some pressure off the D for a change.

Agree with all your points with a notation on #5. I think we'll see improved play from Flacco with the new OC play calling. Trestmans game planning, or lack there of, was a QB killer.

Just do Eli like Bellichick and the pats did Joe put CB rite up on OBJ and Eli will see how close the CB is and start salivating all over himself and the safety will be looking the other way but keeping his eye on the QB! When OBJ flies past the CB Eli will throw it and the safety can shoot over to that side and pick it off over the top you know like the pats played Joe! It will work " GUARANTEED INT" ! Cost us a Super Bowl!

OBJ will do double moves like Crabtree so blitzing will be very risky! Rush five D linemen and spread the Defense and they should wreak havoc! WE THE BEST so let's start playing like it! #ROADWARRIORS

YES.

Also look to utilize waller- esp. In the redzone. He's got the size and speed, USE IT. Wallace will have an increased role today with sr. Likely out..lets hope he can pick up where he left off after week 3 and get hot again.

The NYG don't have much of a pass rush, so I am hopeful our ever-patchwork O-Line can open some holes and give Joe some time. We may be down SSS and Wallace, so Aiken and the TE's will have to pick up the slack.

Conversely, we need to manufacture a pass rush. I think Judon has been more productive than Doom, so I'm glad he'll get some more reps. Correa will be playing inside and out as well. Here's hoping he plays with a bit more abandon like he did early in camp, and flashes that talent the Ravens are so high on.

Finally, with Hester limping around, we need to be extra conservative with our return game. Don't run it out of the end zone and, if necessary, let the punts bounce where they may.

Both the offensive side of the ball and the defensive side of the have a QB to make the calls and adjustments. If those two guys don't do a good job recognizing what the other team is doing , the play calling won't matter.

Weddle has appeared to do a great job of getting guys into position. The defense has most of the same guys from last year and the same DC. Yet, the defense has made improvements.

Until Joe gets the offense in the right play, recognize mismatches and deliver the ball accurately on a consistent basis, the offense will struggle. I want to see Joe display command of the offense.

Currently Joe has the 33rd ranked QB rating, 31st in yards per attempt. He must do better than that no matter what plays are called in order for the Ravens to have a chance. If things go south , I would sit Joe down and see what Mallet can do. Joe needs to be held accountable. If the O-line can't protect him, then preserve him until the o-line can get healthy.

did Mosley get hurt on that 'dive' into the endzone when he cost us the game? Dumerville still not healthy....how bad is his injury? I would expect this game to be boring play selection against the Giants. Will our new OC bring something or hand off the ball and call passes under the coverage....dink and dunk.

funny how no one even mentions Perriman.....not a fan of Aiken, he doesn't get open.

I wonder if Flacco's best days are behind him. He looks lethargic and constantly throws off his back foot now. Bad sign. Ravens need to pay some attention to getting a younger QB ready. Did we pass over the guy in Philly?

Wentz was gone before we picked obviously and that's just silly.

I hope we wont be watching another loss due to a another coaching brain fart

Harbaugh made big mistakes in last two games, he should practice what preaches. Will Harbaugh be here much longer? Lets get some young coaches in here, instead of hiring ones who are retreads, the good old boy network.

I agree, Ravens gave Flacco that ridiculous contract, he didn't win the Super Bowl, Ray Lewis and the defense won that game. All Flacco can do is buy golf courses with Ron Jaworski and make babies. How many good offensive have we lost because we couldn't pay them, oh the contract. We need some young coaches, instead of the retreads, who haven't done anything. Harbaugh needs to look at himself when looking for new coaches. He says they worked for Andy Reid, what has he done, nothing in Philly, not much in KC. Look what young offensive coordinators in Pittsburgh and New England, they win.

Another time going for it on 4th down in the red zone that leads to no points.

Harbs is killing a team that needs all the help it can get with injuries. unbelievable 3 weeks in a row.

He's still sending undersized running backs into the middle of the line. Jamal Lewis where are you? Of course we need lineman who can block and know the snap count, not math geniuses.

6 things to watch: Me- popping out the Maalox from my Pez dispenser.

Give some to the Ravens, maybe they will get some imagination.
