Hi guys I'm based in the U.K and I've recently ordered from the store and I've had no confirmation on purchase or estimated delivery details yet the money has been taken from my account can anybody shed some light for me?

I think I may of ordered as a guest because I couldn't remember my password and couldn't track my order as I haven't received and order number though email?

There might be a phone number attached to the charge on your statement. Try that.
