2016 Week 6 Other Games Discussion

I thought the Chargers had an excellent game plan against Denver. Their passing game was a well oiled machine. Shame they stalled so much in the red zone, could haveĀ been a much higher score.

Jatavis Brown

Figured as much after reading through the thread. I assume he was on your radar? He's had a couple of strong weeks. The first game of his I saw was the impressive performance against Pittsburgh and I read articles about him being everywhere in East-West Shrine game. I thought he'd at least be a solid reserve since he was effective in all three facets, so I liked his value in the middle of the 6th round. I hope the trend continues considering that both Brown and Deion Jones are currently the highest graded rookie LBs at the moment.

Just curious, who was a better prospect coming out of college, maxx Williams or hunter Henry?Ā

I'd take Henry.

I was actually so big a fan of Henry that I wanted the Ravens to draft him. However, I also thought Pitta was gone and that Watson would be here for one year. I think Henry compares very favorably to Jason Witten.Ā

Yup, I remember telling you he was probably the guy I was saddest about missing out on or something along those lines, I forget exactly what I said lol. Got my first look at him in the NFLPA Bowl where he lit it up.Ā

On the bright side, I picked him up about a week ago in my dynasty league and have had him starting the past 2 weeks. 18 points last night is pretty nice

Ah, that does sound familiar. You actually caught that Bowl game? I couldn't come across the footage for it. Good eye, my friend. Wowzers. That's a hefty output.

Yeah usually catch all the college all star games. Good way for me to evaluate guys on the same field.Ā

Meanwhile in Miami, the Pirates and Marlins have started playing an impromptu Baseball game. Pirates lead Marlins 8-6.Ā

Seriously though, if the Dolphins win any other game this year, let this one be it.

Uh oh Ben roethlisberger out with a left knee injury

Now the drama queen is back out. Limps off the field and returns later. Just like Ben, always wanting to make the game all about him.

The Buffalo Bills are now up 38-16 on the 49ers, and the Panthers have battled back to make it a one possession game down 31-24 against the Saints.

Found this on Twitter, this is very interesting and may explain why the Panthers are 1-5.

Reminder Panthers have 4th most cap space in the league RN, didn't re-sign Norman, didn't extend Short, didn't sign a LT, a CB, a S, or a DE

Also the Panthers are just doing what they did the last time they lost the Super Bowl....

Panthers are the first team to start 1-5 after going to the Super Bowl since the…. 2004 Panthers.

interesting factoid..... Aaron Rogers hasn't thrown a TD pass in the second half of any game this year.Ā

Packers are looking like the Ravens did today. Ā Bad news bears!

Only 9 points and in the 4th quarter at home against this defense? They look way worse.Ā

How can NFL quarterback be as bad as Osweiler and get handsomely paid?

I know. Makes Elway look like a genius, Ā I hate that.

What an awful choke by the ColtsĀ

I thought the Colts won already, and then I see they choked it away. Looks like we may go to OT but the Colts have 2 Timeouts and Andrew Luck at QB.

We are going to OT and are being forced to watch 2 AFC South teams go at it for another potential 15 minutes.

I liked McKinney a lot as a prospect last year. Kinda nice to see him doing well enough.
