You already now Trubisky is one of my favorite QB in the draft and I recall you and I having the discussion of possibly drafting another QB  last year and not restructuring Joe after he comes off of the torn ACL. People gave us some criticism there, but I still think it may have been a very wise idea especially now.

Watson is for sure my favorite, but Trubisky is just such a big, athletic, and strong quarterback. I'm not entirely sure here because Clemson and NC run kinda gimmicky offenses, but I think both still use pro-style passing concepts (someone correct me if I'm wrong there).

Either one would be an excellent fit for the vertical offense the Ravens like while also adding in a running element.

Cook is a better fit here than Fournette, and I don't think it's even a discussion.

I don't know how you could say that after the Ole Miss game. I don't care if Cook fits better, Fournette is the best back since Peterson and possibly better than him. Sure, Cook is a top ten talent, but he's still not on Lenny's level. The only player I would consider taking over Lenny is Myles Garret and I still would probably take Fournette.

I agree. I dont think ive ever seen a back like fournette. Hes got such quick feet for a guy his size. Its unreal. Not taking anything away from cook but fournette is just on another level.

I can see where you're coming from, but the Ravens have landed those types of players late in the first before (Ray, Heap, and Reed being examples of it). They aren't common, but it happens. And people said that about Julio Jones too, but it took a long time and some coaching changes for the Falcons to patch up their holes after that trade.

See I tend to disagree with the notion that the Julio Jones trade is the reason they had two bad seasons. They gave up 2011: 27th , 2nd RD 59th & 4th RD124th picks + 2012 1st (22nd pick that year) & 4th (118th pick traded to Vikings to get Trent Richardson).

Now we could play the draft game, where we say hey this person became a pro bowler and was drafted at this pick so in theory Atlanta could have... but heck that's like saying well we drafted J.Smith at 27th and M.Wilkerson, R.Sherman, J.Houston all got picked later on. Its neither here nor there because the teams didn't have them graded a certain way. Heck I would probably say keep the trade but take JJ Watt instead then they would have had JJ Watt teaming up with John Abraham on what was a decent defense.

In 2012 the Falcons went 13-3 & went to the NFC Championship Game (no one said oh what a horrible trade then )2013 they have all their draft picks back but  their OC Mularky leaves to became a HC , and they changed 3 O-line starters run game struggled and Julio only played 5 games. 2014 was down year number two.. Its not like they drafted Julio Jones and went on a downward spiral to mediocrity.

As we saw last year injuries and just a few missed plays can easily lead to a losing season, and now as we're seeing this year bad o-line play and lack of confidence can possibly lead to consecutive years..

didn't mean to write a book sorry lol

Favorite player is Myles Garrett, although I would love to get Fournette and run him 30 times a game, but the o-line would really have to develop that nastiness and become maulers.

Having a physical runner like Fournette would really bring a toughness to the offense that really only Yanda and S.Smith seem to display. I think he could have similar effect as Jamal Lewis for our defense, I remember watching the old Inside the NFL ( with Len Dawson and Nick Buonicont ) and they would show those sidelines views of the defenses reaction when Jamal Lewis plowed over a defender, bust a long a run, those defense players would get so pumped.

Its peppers for me, just BC I think we have a legitimate shot at him. Garrett would be my choice but no way am I giving up the farm for him. Give up 3 picks and then he tears his acl and we're sitting their like fools twiddling our thumbs in the same position we came into the draft. With a choice between one potential superstar vs. 3 potential starters Id always rather take the multiple picks- more chances that one (or more) of them pan out. As much as we need that one big player we just have too many holes to put all our chips on one guy.

I know my first post in here is stating Myles Garrett, but I think Jonathan Allen is going to give him a run for his money as the #1 on my board if he keeps it up.  It's really difficult to find a flaw in his games these past few weeks.

Yeah I would be happy with either.

A stud on the defensive side of the ball would do us a lot of good I think
