[News] Joe Flacco: Offense Is 'Not Fun,' 'Embarrassing,' 'Frustrating'

How about special teams? Who's going to get fired for that? Then there are those gambles where we leave points on the field. Who's going to get fired for that? This is a very deep team problem. Head coaches do get burned out.

I myself think it is time for a head coaching change. I mean, I don't think Harbaugh is a bad coach. I just think his time here is over. He's always made bone head calls, challenges and terrible clock management, but now everything seems to be catching up with him. Unfortunately, I didn't have much optimism going into this season, so I am not terribly shocked nor mad. Just my opinion with out any numbers to back it up. But I feel, the Ravens our only marginally better than last year. D line, secondary, and O line are improved, but it doesn't seem by much.

Great. The offense stinks. Fire the OC coordinator. The special teams play stunk. Fire the ST coach. The team doesn't make good adjustments in-game. Fire the HC. So who is going to coach the team? If everyone needs to be fired for poor execution where will the geniuses come from? At least I haven't heard any "fire Pees" for a couple of weeks.....

I've still heard a few "fire Pees" comments (but they have died down a good bit).

Tell ya, if the team fired coaches/players as often as fans requested... We'd be the Browns reincarnated

Thats just blatantly false. "It didn't change when Cam left;" - Do you remember that when cameron left, Caldwell won the Super Bowl. "it didn't change when Caldwell left" It did change when Caldwell left because it was Kubiak and you said "The only person who did anything differently was Kubiak", which makes no sense after saying it didn't change after Caldwell because Kubiak followed Caldwell. You argued your point and then proved you were wrong. You need to go back and look at what you said because you are just flat wrong and obviously a very confused person when it comes to the history of the OCs for the Ravens.

You're absolutely right.  What I was trying to say was that all of our recent OCs except for Kubiak have tended to abandon the run when we fall behind.  I shouldn't have written when they "left."  I meant, while they were here.  People screamed for Cam to be fired, and yes, Caldwell came in and we won the SB.  But  Caldwell really didn't change very much.  And there were a lot of people glad to see him go when he left for Indy.

And then Trestman came in and he seemed to be coming right out of the Cameron/Caldwell school.  So it makes me wonder if Mornhinweg will be any different.  We promoted from within instead of bringing in a fresh, outside mind.  Time will tell.

Um, actually, we are the Browns reincarnated.  ;)  But I get what you mean.
