I agree with the comments that came before mine. C.J. Made a great play. He is not responsible for producing points. The coaching, from the head coach to the OC has been terrible for 2 years now. The gambling with points has to stop. The OC has to find a way to slow down the other teams pass rush. Note to the OC: when the run game is working play action can slow down the rush, not lining up in the shot gun and throwing the ball every play. Let's also not forget the effect of trading down every draft to stock pile picks instead of taking the best available player. Regardless of how many picks we have, the team can only have 53 active players on game day. Maybe it's draft philosophy. For instance, WRs Coates, Crowder, Diggs and Lockett were taken in the 2015 draft after Perriman. IMO..It seems we have the least talented team in the AFC North (except Joe) and a lot of oft injured older players. Is it time to shake things up??

Harbaugh is NOT having a good start of the season, that's for damn sure! We can't score so for the love of god stop the going for it on 4th down, stop the two point conversions and stop the Freakin fake field goals. YOUR TEAM NEEDS POINTS! Stop this insanity! (rant over)

everything that comes out of this guy's mouth is blather. if you are just calling "aggressive" plays, why can't you gain a freaking yard after a turnover on the 15 yard line? why bring no linebacker pressure to rush? why is your quarterback checking down with 4 yard dump offs when they need 12 yards? that is not aggressive, it is incompetent.

He is a song and dance man. He was ST coach and not a particularly good one. All he knows is blather and shine on that's how he got hired. He said what Biscotti wanted to hear. Now I hope Biscotti is watching closely and this guy is gone so we can get our Ravens back....

It has probably already been said but I will say it again. Having your right handed/footed place kicker line up to the right of center for a field goal is almost as stupid as accepting a penalty and giving the opposing team another shot at a first down. It did not fool anyone. If that was not bad enough, Harbaugh blamed Gilmore for the play not working. What a jerk.

Points on Turnovers Coach! You NEVER give them away. Championship-caliber teams have more points on turnovers than non-playoff teams. Your defense put the team in a position to walk away with at least 3 points with a 1st down at the opposition's 15 yeard line but after Trestman's crap play calling you muddle it up even further going for a fake FG... You should be ashamed

Well he SHOULD ! That was the worst call under those conditions that I've seen in a long time. Add to the fact that it wasn't even disguised well, you had Tucker line up as a left footed kicker. It was a desperate move. I'm glad Trestman was let go, I didn't like the hire and to this day I still think the Ravens should have hired NORV TURNER !

You call it aggressive play calling, everyone else see it as unnecessarily giving up crucial points early in the game that we need at the end of the game. You need to calm down. Gambling for points when your behind and cannot score regularly is like strangling yourself when your lacking oxygen in the first place.

Well, after yesterday, at least Buck Showalter is happy that he's in the same town as John Harbaugh.

When your team is struggling to score (against 2 of the lowest rated defenses) and is in the top 3 for games decided by 8 points or less over the past few years, isn't that enough to know that you need to take the 3 points. And oh by the way, those 3 points put us up a a TD. Of course, we lose 3 points there and then have no chance to tie the game at the end with another chip shot kick. Truly a total team loss yesterday as Defense: for the 2nd straight week, failed to get pressure on the opposing QB and once again, allowed a WR to get behind them for a TD, Special Teams -- allows punt return TD and huge kickoff return and Offense -- for only scoring 3 points after opening possession TD.

But the coaching decisions were by far the worst of all. Have Tucker kick the ball out of the end zone .. take the 3 points after the fumble, try running the ball after the fumble instead of going 3 and out before the poorly designed fake. By the way, who was fooled by having Koch line up as if Tucker was going to kick left-footed. Really, that was fake was horriblly designed and the alignment totally tipped the fact the the play was a fake FG.

He lined up left footed for the fake fg.  That's like running PA with an empty backfield.  I appreciate "aggressive" calls as well, but how about passing past the sticks first as an aggressive call, instead of hoping for the 5 hard route to go 14.  The offense has been stalling for weeks.  You take the points when your defense is playing like that, ST is unreliable and offense is trying to break 3 and out records.

Personally, I liked the call. Outside of the box. 3-Points would have helped but still not enough to win. Maybe the change in OC will bring about a more creative Offense. Go Ravens!

So Harb's decision to do the fake FG backfires and he is a goat. The play works and he is a genius. Such is life with the media and fans. Those griping are the same ones complaining that the Ravens are too vanilla. Too funny.
