Time to admit several hings:

1) Flacco is just decent. Slightly above mediocre. (Not hating. He's the best we've had. But that doesn't say much) His inconsistent play, lack of fundamentals, his forcing passes into double coverage, are all the indicators of an average QB. Sometimes he does amazing things, but obviously not enough. You can blame the o line all you want, but even when Joe had time, he over threw and under threw even short passes. Also, when he has endless yards in front him, he throws a 2 yard pass instead of running.

2)Harbs is overrated. A terrible decision maker in clutch situations. I think his record since Ray's retirement is 26-27. (May want to double-check that) He's just not a great HC.

3) Our D is legit. But pass rush is garbage.

4) Trestman is obviously an idiot. He fails to see a good thing when it's right in his freaking face. Finally get our ground game going, but predictably he runs tons of pass plays, killing all momentum.

5) Our special teams, aside from Tucker, sucks.

6) Our team, as a whole, is just mediocre. If not for the D, we'd be 0-5. None of our 3 wins can be attributed to the offense; who, despite great field position, and D giving them chance after chance, could not even muster up 17 points against one the worst defenses in the league.

7) We lost back to back home games against average teams with terrible defenses.

Enjoy another lame season, Ravens fans. If they don't turn it around, we may see a house cleaning at the end of the season.

Points 1 and 3.You are watching the same Ravens that I am

It hurts my heart for what im about to say,

But the team has being going down hill ever since are last superbowl run. Bad draft picks, bad play calling, never what to spend money on players that can help make ud better. The head coach needs to be fired and everyone he put on his coaching staff. Ozzie needs to step down he has done more to hurt this team then any other team has done to us.

Yes Where is Torre and his p.i  penalties when we need him?

If Trestman isn't fired soon, Harbs will be at the end of the season. Kubiak was an anomaly, a front office hire forced on Harbs against his will. His "guys" Cam Cameron and now Trestman haven't panned out.

Having an offense based on the run, with the QB under center, is what this team is built to do. After success in the first quarter, Trestman had Flacco in the shotgun and began to abandon what was working. Inexcusable. Can't blame Mosely for trying to score on defense after watching this putrid offensive performance.

Garbage.

Everybody would have been up in arms if mosley hadn't tried to streach out for the touchdown it's what you do when you are being forced out at the 1 or 2 yard line, 98/100 times you get that touchdown, offensive play calling is what cost us this game, and if you can't see that then you are no kind of reporter.

Some one answer this please. Late in the game The Skins hiked th4e ball over the head of the Q-B. He ran and pick up the ball, out side of the tackle box, then threw it at least 7 yards short of the line of scrimmage. To me that was grounding, but no call. It was so blatant I must be wrong.

Garbage.

The only reason Kubiak came to Baltimore was because of Harbaugh - Kubiak said that. You're just making stuff up at this point.....

I don't have a problem with anything you said. Trestman has just fired himself. If not this season, then offseason. All of that while Steve and OZ is watching above.

I only disagree with the Flacco assessment. I think he may be above average but not elite. I say this because other than Kubiack he has had 3 terrible OC's. The ravens don't promote from within anymore so they don't really have a system. In the NFL consistency is everything. I say that should dump Harbaugh and Trestman. A head coach should be responsible for his personnel and his decision making. Based on what I've seen, the Ravens should make a run at Josh McDaniel.

He has been in the league for 9 years. He had a $120 M contract. Time to stop blaming "Just" the OC.

He needs to be a playmaker and read the defense, step into throws, and be accurate with ball. 30/46 210 yards against a terrible defense

Deep down I do not disagree but good coaches make the best of the players they have and we don't have any good offensive coaches. We don't seem to run quick slants, we don't disguise anything, we don't run different plays from the same formations. Hell, we don't even even set up screens when the defense is getting overly aggressive which would help a struggling O-line. Yes, Flacco can check out but to me the problem is what he can check too. Everything the Ravens run is vanilla so big deal, he can check from one stupid play to another stupid play. It's not like the he's the one drawing up the plays.

we had a fast start and then fizzled out as the 1st qtr. progressed. We frittered away the whole game after the first qtr. and waited again til the last 7 min. of the game to really try to get something going. Too little, too late! Play-calling is definitely a problem. It seems we were taking what the gave us instead of taking what we want. We too many underneath passes that killed our drives...short of the sticks. Too many dropped passes again. Last week it was Aiken who dropped a back-breaking pass, this week it was Perriman. Flacco had another off day...over-throwing and under-throwing passes probably because he wasn't getting any protection from the O-line (heard footsteps). And Joe only scrambles or moves around in the pocket when things are dire and teams can game-plan on Flacco being a stationery QB for the most part. I said it before and I'll say it again, we seem to be playing like we did 3 yrs ago...where we give the game away in the last minute or so by allowing splash plays or letting an inferior opponent hang around til the end of the game, giving them hope. We have a lot of raw talent that needs to be more disciplined (mental penalties) and more focused. Our team failed to go deep when we had the ball, but Cousins wasn't hesitant at all. As the 2nd half progressed Cousins confidence grew and he started going deep whenever he wanted without fear of interception. Again this week, like last week, our receivers kept running short of the sticks which plays into the opponents hands. Why run short of the sticks when you know it won't result in a 1st down. I get it... you hope the receiver can get YAC, but that never seems to happen with us unless SSS is the receiver. The plan needs to be to get beyond the sticks then cut your route short and make the catch and give you offense a chance to establish a rhythm or get a 1st down. Then the other thing, like the commentator pointed out, is that our defenders seem to be playing too far off their man...giving them too much room to fake a deep route and then suddenly turn it up short for a first down. I know this was a long post, but there's a lot I see us doing wrong week in and week out...some are repeat mistakes.

WOW.....I agree with all the comments below. We are in for a major butt whippin when we finally meet up with a decent team. Raiders and Carr showed us a small sample of what is coming. Each of his touchdown tosses were WIDE open. NO pass rush and spotty coverage is very apparent. But the biggest issue is def the offense. We all thought this was the year when we start blowing out teams with all the weapons we have. Dropped passes, horrible blocking, no separation, and don't even get me started on Mr."Elite".
I do have to say that not everything is bad though. West is running with a purpose, Mosley is having another pro bowl year( most of us would have tried for the td also with how our offense has been) So all we can do is cross our fingers that they can get their stuff together and at least finish above 500.

1) We have to get rid of Trestman ASAP
2) "Cleaning house" is stupid, nothing wrong with Oz and Harbaugh or else we would've never been successful in the past.
3) I love our defense, and they deserve to be ranked as high as they are.
4) Our offense just isn't what it needs to be. WR's didn't get open, they dropped passes, O-line blocks inconsistently, We abandon(ed) the run game, Dumb penalties, don't capitalize off prime opportunities.
5) Talk about Flacco all you want, but he ALWAYS gives us an opportunity to win any game, and it was no different today. Last drive, he converts a 4th&2 with his legs to stay alive, hits Perriman but doesn't get both feet in, Can't blame Wallace for not catching pass, try getting hit that hard and holding on to a hard thrown ball, but receivers in general HAVE to get more open than that, How doe every time Joe passes the ball to someone, they are immediately taken down or hit. on that last play, someone should've been able to make a clean catch without getting they're clocked clean or ribs broken. TRESTMAN HAS TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The offense was pathetic......and the weakest link was the o-line, pass blocking.  Our tackles looked they were wearing cement shoes and Ziggie Hood was blowing Zuttah and Urschel off the ball on every drop back. It doesn't help to have a big armed QB if he only has 1 second to get rid of the ball.....West should have had 25 carries at the end of the game, not 11.

I read it the same way. Harbaugh and Kubiak put a big smiley face on it after the fact but it really appeared to be a front office deal.

And yet, the banged up, patchwork offensive line proved it could run the ball and pass protect on play-action pass last week and this week. When Joe is consistently in the shotgun? Not so much. When the defense doesn't respect the run, the line is toast. It all comes down to scheme and play calling....aka coaching.

This is not school yard football. You just don't run a route where you want to. Plays are designed to attack certain defense alignments in certain situations. On 3rd & Long, the primary Wrs run routes past the 1st down marker, which leaves underneath open. So, if Flacco only has 2.3 seconds to make a decision, Wallace & Perriman were never open, his O-line is crashing, he's going to throw the ball to the open receiver underneath if that's Juice, Gilmore, etc. Almost every pass play in the NFL has a deep route, an intermediate route, a short route and a checkdown. It's up to the primary WR to get open (Wallace & Perriman were not) then it's up to the QB to read the route (or go to the next progression) and then it's up to the O-line to give him the time and then the QB has to make the throw. Good O-lines typically give the QB 3-4 seconds to make that happen. Ours is not. ZERO offenses can be successful if you are only giving your QB 2.5 seconds - I don't care who is calling the plays.

Harbaugh is part of the problem. Does not know offense. Does not know defense. Hell, he's a Special Teams coach but he does not seem to know special teams. He make bad decisions (why pay Tucker all that money to have him throw passes? Then there was last weeks stupid decision to accept the penalty when your defense held after a turnover). Let's continue, he can not manage the clock, he's terrible at challenges, he does not make good choices when it comes to coaches, and he does not get the most out of his players. To me, that makes him a terrible head coach. This is his 9th year with the team. It may be time but lets say we keep him and he brings in another [ profanity deleted] Offensive Coordinator. Then what? Flacco will have his 5th OC in 6 years and the Ravens will continue to disappoint.

Steve smith is really all we have perrimans a bust, MIke evens calvin benjamin all showed flashes their first year perriman has yet to flash, our offense is a troll of mass amounts, Im just going to keep up with the score from now on I cant watch this offense anymore. when your 3 and 9 in the red zone and run it. then on 4th down want to all of a sudden be agressive and do a fake kick and pass with your kicker shows me your not taking this seriously

Yea, fire the head coach of a 3-2 team currently second in the division, Who's only had one losing season, mainly because of injuries. Fire the head coach who 6 of 8 yrs has had us in the playoffs and never eliminated in the first round. Fire Harbaugh on top of a new OC so we have no consistency, and we all start over and be run completely differently. Good head coaches are hard to come by, just ask the Browns. We fire Harbs and what does that solve.....? Fire Trestman and upgrade the O-line is all we have to do. We are severely overreacting, and taken things too far. The simple choice is the best, and firing Harbs and Oz, and benching Flacco is not simple or logical

Perriman is basically a rookie, Benjamin and Wallace and that whole wr class is special and what they did and do is rare, Wr's just don't come out flaming like that.

the season is over. look at the schedule after the bye. if we cant even manage to move the ball against 2 of the worst defenses in the league, and all harbaugh has to say is they need to play better, he is in denial. we will be lucky to win 2 or 3 more games with this level of execution. this all comes from the top. Ozzie and Harbs are failing in a big way and Bichotti better start making people accountable. It is time for a new regime.

I'm not sure the calls for heads are really calls for heads today. I think history has demonstrated that little good comes from in-season changes. The Ravens were extremely lucky (in many ways) to win a super bowl after firing their OC but I think I am not alone when I say, that there should be some coaching vacancy's if this team continues to digress. The offense under Harbaugh has ranked at 18th (based on yards, over his tenure) while this is not at all good, the fact that they are currently worse than that should at least throw a cloud over his future.

First thing, no day off tomorrow, practice in full pads, you did not play well enough for a day off...Looks like Wagner is injured again, you better sign a worthy RG, as Yanda was a beast a RT.....And somebody needs fired, make it happen.....And Joe seriously 3rd and 8 don't throw into double coverage in the endzone, focus on the first down, then take your shots, 4th and 8 once again 2 weeks in a row is a tough play to make....
