We might get blown out this game.

If it leads to Trestman getting fired, I'm actually OK with that. Or maybe a bad L to the Giants followed up by another offensive stinker vs the Jets will be enough.

What I'm worried about though is the offense actually being somewhat competent (but not great) the next 2 weeks with an L @ Giants and W @ Jets. That will probably give Trestman a free pass the rest of the year heading into the meat of our season. I feel like that's how things will go.

They play like this again and the mindset reverts back to last year

... who cares

but hopefully the team shows some life, cleans up stupid mistakes and gets the W

Suggestion Action Plan for the Giants:

  • Let the fans script the 1st 20 offense plays
  • Let the fans script the last 20 offense plays

Had this happened our last 2 games we'd be 5-0 right now. Just a thought.

This was the game I thought we'd lose after our 3-0 start, but I thought we'd be 5-0 by this point so I didn't' care.

we had an easy schedule at the beginning, we should be standing at 5-0. A team that is actually good beats Oakland and Washington. ESPECIALLY AT HOME. Right now i have no confidence in this team until the ravens prove they can actually move the ball on any nfl team. idk how this will pan out.

I'll feel better about this game if Trestman is fired this week:

Can we get rid of Flacco too?  Or is it just trestman?

the burden of righting this ship should be on steve bisciotti, he needs to have a sit down with harbaugh and say:

"stop coaching like youre playing madden, activate the right players, field the right players, and tighten up the leash on your handpicked OC or im gonna tighten the leash on you, because the entire coaching staff has been a laughing stock so far this year".

talk some sense into harbaugh, hes losing his freaking mind and its costing us games, meanwhile hes still way too loyal to his coordinators. running the ball often when were running it well can make such a massive impact on every game, i dont understand for the life of me how trestman abandons the run when west is busting off 15+ yard runs every other handoff.

Doesn't help when your WRs keep dropping everything

I find it hilarious Flaccopologist believes this team can get better with another OC at the helm.   Flacco will magically become an actual+120million Quarterback.

btw, for those who preferred tyrod to joe...

today he lined up behind his guard, did a full hard count, and called hike.... behind his guard, not his center.

Giants and Jets are both winnable games. I just hope we rely more on the running game and someone else is calling the plays. The Ravens can just be the Road Warriors.

NY has a much tougher defense than Washington or Oakland and we couldn't do anything against those teams. I hope Ronnie Stanley's return pays off. I would love more than anything to steal this one. We got the Jets after who are not a good team. 5-2 would be a good start before the bye. You could be looking at a 6-2 record after that if we beat Pittsburgh, then we got Cleveland and you could see 7-2 right there. I think we should calm down a bit. But I'm growing sour on Trestman and think we should start looking for an OC soon.

I cannot see this team beating the Steelers. Maybe the Jets and maybe the Browns. The rest of our schedule looks unbeatable by the team that played the last couple of weeks. Unless someone puts a boot into the players behinds, I just don't see it.

This is pretty much a must-win, considering how hard our schedule gets down the road. We had no business losing these last two games; we need to win these next two games to have a decent shot at the playoffs. Lately we've had the Steelers' number regardless of records so hopefully we can beat them at least once again (just looking ahead after the bye).

If West tears up the Giants running defense, Trestman would cool him off and start call all the passes for the rest of the game as if he has Joe as his FF QB or West was his opponent's RB in FF...
