We're all on board with firing Trestman but calling for Harbaugh's head is ridiculous. Give us a half decent OC and we're 5-0 right now.

Agreed 100%.  Harbs remains the best HC we've ever had.

Every single week we shoot ourselves in the foot and I'm absolutely sick of it.

Mosley screws up that interception that would've stuck us inside the 10, Perriman manages to drop a perfect pass and can't keep his feet in bounds, Trestman can't feed our RB that averaged 8.6 ypc...

These last 21 games have just been dreadful to watch, I'm starting to dread Sunday's because every single week the Ravens find a way to disappoint me.

Last part is kind of starting to be true. How they lost this game is beyond me . The Redskins are awful

if u get away from the running game =  Flacco fails. no protection = Flacco fails.

the playcalling though is a mystery.

Hester put the team in awful field position by just not getting that fair catch. Outside of that return that was nullified by that flag, I personally think that he did an awful job back there. I think the wind effected it, but he made poor decisions there.

Agreed, but I also think it's easy to say that from an outsider's perspective.  I look back at Hopkins' 56 yard FG attempt and how that ball just died in mid air because of the wind.  Same thing could have been happening on those punts.  Definitely hard to see stuff like that on TV.  Not saying they did or didn't die in the air, but at least considering that possibility, because that's not like Hester at all.

I don't even think I can put it into words on how disgusted I am with this offense. I don't have anger management problems, but this game seriously made me want to pull my short hair out. The worst part abput this? I JUST KNEW that this game would have an anticlimatic ending to it.

Second game in a row where our WRs are unclutch. Other from the running game, NOTHING was positive from our offense. I lost all faith in it. I'm now on the #firetrestman bandwagon.

As for the defense, we have no pass-rush and I don't understand why Judon is not in the game. Mosley....what the [expletive] was THAT?????

Again, Harbs trying to be cute and it backfired.....again. The score would've been 16-13 and we were WELL into Tucker's range. Who knows what could've happened in OT.

Stats won't prove this.  But the Ravens are the stupidest team in the league.  From head coaching, to play-calling, to bonehead mistakes, and costly penalties.  Just stupid across the board.

Can we include the forum too..

That may be a slight overreaction. Let's start with the OC.

At what point is it recognized that harbaugh keeps bringing these crap OC's in?

This is my team and I love this team just like most of the people on these boards but Change can be a good thing the last 2 weeks to lose that way just stinks.

Yep just a little history.

2000 - Ravens lost to the Redskins, forced a change at QB with Dilfer. Won Super Bowl.

2012 - Ravens lost to the Redskins, fired Cam Cameron. Won Super Bowl.

Don't know what it is but losing to the Redskins forces changes and then we go on a run. So hopefully it continues with Trestman being fired.

Harbaugh's already lost TWO games for us this season. He's done.

With only what? 12 runs? Any QB is set up to fail.

*Continues thread's streak of Trestman needs to go*

This defense is too good to have an offense this bad. Especially with the weapons we have. But you all know Harbaugh is going to say injuries were to blame and Trestman will be back next week to blow another game.

I am also praying to the football gods SSS, Stanley, and Mosley all are back next week. Lewis wasn't terrible at LT, but Jensen and Wagner are trash. We need the line of:

Stanley - Urschel - Zuttah - Yanda - Lewis

Also, we need to start looking at other options than Hester. Dude cost us by not fair catching or even trying to return most of those kicks. Add in his fumbles, and do you really think we can't find someone who can do the same job,if not better that's younger and faster? I didn't like the signing then and I like it less now

TLDR: Defense is still great, Offense needs to get healthy, Trestman needs to go, Hester needs to go

Can we talk for a minute about that playcalling when the got down to the 20 yard line?  Why on 3rd and 8 are we still going for the end zone?  We had 1 timeout, we should have gone for a first down to get us near the 10 yard line, called the timeout and we would have had 30 seconds to go for the end zone 4 times.

What was up with the end of the first half to call a time out with 1 second left on the clock to only let the defense have another shot at your QB ???? I dont understand this one can anyone explain it?

I think I'd vomit less watch cyst videos on YouTube then this teams offensive play calling, how do you not run the rock when your RB is on a freaking hotstreak, my god, he even had a big run after wagner got hurt and we only had one lineman in his starting position

Just embarassing.. we made their D look like Minnesota's for 3 quarters.

The Good:
Orr, really sound player in both the fases. Patient tackler and good awarness.
Jernigan. The guy is intimidating. He, B.Will and Pierce are a good reason teams hardly convert 4&short.

The Ugly:
Geeez.. can we do something different than run-run-screen? it's frustrating.. anyone could stop us.. seriously
We have NONE bringing pressure on the outside.. we just can't keep bulling with the same 2 guys inside, hope the QB holds that football for too long and eventually falls into our arms (maybe Carl Lawson man? :D a man can dream)
Individual mistakes (Perriman's first quarter incompletion, CJ's fumble, some Flacco underthrown passes)
Those injuries that have us shuffle things on the O line
Special Team.. lead blockers (Juice, Levine) have been doing a very poor job this far

For as bad as we've been playing we could easily be 1-4, if it wasn't for some stupid opponent mistakes/penalties that we took advantage of. If we don't fix that playcall we're a mediocre team at best.

It's not that, our good OCs get poached. Caldwell to the Lions, then Elway just cause he hates Baltimore screwed us by taking Kubiak. Then the other teams snatch up the good ones leaving little for us.

I think that the piss poor play of the offense has a lot more to do of that than his funky 4th down decisions. Also the special teams gaffes are pretty alarming

Stupidity every week keeps adding up to major frustration, the Boo birds were out for good reason, because we do not know what we are doing, and the continuous stupid play calling will not just lose games, but lose respect from players, the locker room, and after retooling, and this crap keeps happening, ALL EYES ARE ON THE FRONT OFFICE to do the right thing, this season is still salvageable, but with stupidity at the helm, it will be short lived. Losing home games to beatable teams, with dumb decisions and play calling, somebody should be accountable, and feel the pain of these dumb decisions.

I don't like the way Harbs celebrated those ugly first 3 wins. We were one play away in each game from being 0-3. Now those same mistakes are coming back around.

The loss sucks, but I'm not going to get overly emotional and call for everyone to be fired or cut.  Harbaugh is still a great coach who simply needs to learn to always take the points.

That said, Trestman should have been fired before anybody had a chance to read this post.  I don't even need to state the many reasons

What really got me about that fake FG call was we played give up football the play before with a run on 3rd and long. So then you try a fake FG? What?

That was another frustrating moment.  3rd and nine and you run the ball for 1 yard. Then you go for the fake FG.  Why not try throwing it on a 3rd and long if you are willing to throw it with your kicker on 4th?
