obviously making definitive statements about careers with such a very small sample size tends to not end up the way you think it will.

In what universe is 5 games not enough to judge a career? it only took Jimmy 3 years to put it together

I used to really want Elliot prior to the draft  (and what a pick he has been so far), but Trestman would have found a way to only give him five carries a game.

Lolz. I wanted Ramsey but with the way LT has been today I would pick Stanley again in a heartbeat.

To also add, here's an awful stat from today.

Luke Jones @BaltimoreLuke

"The #Ravens didn't convert a single third down after the first quarter. Not beating anyone like that."

Every drive pretty much...

1st and 10
2nd and 13
3rd and 6
Punt

Clearly I'm not here to contribute, I'm just here to make observations and sarcastic comments at this point

Harbaugh: I don't think we abandoned the run." States Ravens didn't run more in second half due to not getting first downs.

Yeah, If I'm West I would have to confront him about that. Like I said, If I were him I would be heated after this game.

We struggled to get the first downs by throwing the ball, how does he explain that? We struggled to get the first downs because we saw very little of West. I think he's reached his expiry date in Baltimore tbh and that's not just from today but sometimes coaches reach a time in charge of a team where things start going downhill and I think that time is now.

Flacco threw the ball 46 times and completed 30 of them... and the longest catch was 15 yards.

Terrence West averaged 8.6 yards per carry... and we only ran it with him 11 times.

What is wrong with Marc Trestman, I know I couldn't step in and do his job but he makes some of the most boneheaded play calls you'll ever see.

What's wrong with Marc Trestman: Generally, bad play choices. Doesn't seem to understand the need to establish and maintain a strong run game. Gets away from it too easliy and stays away. The players are are fault too but maybe because the OC play calling keeps them  somewhat off balance.

wallace on the touchline with perriman

'' Did you get your foot in? ''

Perriman '' No, but it was a blessing to get one foot in, I'm just grateful man''.

Just a question, but what happened to our pass rush? Not blaming the D at all but seriously, where did it go besides that one sack by Suggs early in the game.

our pass rush disappeared, but we slowed theirs down.  flacco isn't excelling under trestman, goes against his grain. our rushing was fine we missed a good system.

Why? They are the same type of player Coates  just plays harder and is more hungrier than perriman . i said this when we drafted perriman. i dont need to hold nothing.

Coates caught one long TD play.  He also dropped 3 more, two of which would have been TDs.

Coates is getting more reps than Perriman AND Coates has an offense willing to actually throw to him deep often so he can makes plays on 1 out of 5 attemtps.

What's with fans trashing any player who isn't great immediately?

Punt, Punt, Punt, Punt. That's all it was after the 1st QTR. It was a balanced offense but after that? Lolz.

Our coaches need to sit down and learn how to coach from the god of coaching himself Steve Hansen. He gets the best of his players and develops entire game plans around the strengths of his team.

It's the what have you done for me now mentality. Perriman's basically a rookie.

Exactly! Where the hell where the first down on pass plays? Lolz, you were getting chunks of yardage and tons of first down on run plays and get 95 on 11 carries and you claim you stopped running the ball because it didn't produce first downs?! What the hell?!

Just got back from a funeral and I'm not even remotely joking when I tell you that I had a better time there than I would have had watching this game.

What an embarrassment..scoring ten against THAT poor team?...at home?

If we didn't have a defense this team would be 0-5

I doubt it. As is the case with most fans, you simply amplify the times you are right and ignore (and pray nobody calls you out) the times you are wrong.

As Bill Parcells once said, the moment coaches and FO personnel start listening to the fans, is the moment they start sitting with the fans.

I honestly think we should fire Trestman and promote Hammock to interim OC, ride West until the bitter end, he's shown he can make things happen even with a patch work oline.

Man.. Elliot and Prescott are special.

That's what happens when you have the best O-line of the 21st century.

To the guy hating on Perriman...I guarantee you if Perriman was put in that steelers offense he would be killing it. The steelers do this crazy thing called throwing it more than 5 yds. I have never seen anything like it with my own eyes but apparently it can be done.

The Ravens gained more yards on their final drive than the previous five drives combined.

That's an issue.

Its annoying how these players don't click until the final minute.
