I’m not normally one for midseason firings, but Trestman has to go.  The experiment has failed, time for him to go back to the CFL - he doesn’t belong in this league.

 

What a frustrating game all around.  Can’t expect the defense to hold on when the offense goes 3 and out on every drive, and the special teams guys consistently give our opponents great field position (or just straight up give them TDs).

 

This team is not good.  We’re playing a bunch of scrub teams and look absolutely lost out there.  How are we going to look against actual good teams?  We’re going to get absolutely demolished.

Wow. I've tried to be supportive, but this game was trash. From top to bottom. I'm dumbfounded at calls of three straight passes.

I with Fish.  I'm not one that typically focuses on the coaches, but Trestman has got to go soon.  His play calling is abysmal.  In addition to the 3rd down routes short of the sticks, 1st down play calls are now check downs and screens.  It's pathetic.

Sorry, maybe this is a knee-jerk reaction but the offensive play calling (not just this game) has disgusted me.

If I'm Terrence West I would be super pissed today. 11 Carries on 95 Yards after ripping big runs? Only 11 carries? I wouldn't be surprised if he said something to reporters about not getting enough carries.  Definitely questionable on Trestman's part not to get more runs out of West. That was my biggest question mark today.

Best news of all: with this L we might actually be able to rid ourselves of Trestman. Abandoned the running game in the 2nd and 4th quarter almost completely, completely inexcusable when West is averaging almost 9 yards per carry. Get this man out of town.

Trestman is done here. Pees called a great  but the off couldn't keep up. Looking a lot like Kyle boller lead teams. The D will keep you in it till you show them they don't care

Especially when the majority of the first down play calls were designed screens and check downs that ended up losing yards.

Change the fire Pees thread, to fire Trestman. These losses and near losses are on him. RUN THE BALL!!!! Running the ball takes pressure off the pass blocking, wears down the d-line, opens up play-action. Trestman is a moron and should go back to the CFL. 

 

Also nice job on the fake FG Harbaugh. Make JT attempt his 1st pass in windy conditions. The coaching has failed this team.

Ravens are pretenders. That is all. 2 weeks in a row the offense has made two of the leagues worst defenses look like top flight outfits.

Juggs and keeping their feet inbounds

The O-line needs to practice playing their positions the defense needs to practice on what to do when they make a play and the coaches need to take a step back and reevaluate the team as a whole. Special teams was anything but special.

Trestman is garbage.

The horrible ugly is whoever came up with that stupid rule about the ball going out of bounds in the endzone. We had clear possession and no way it makes sense for the Redskins to get the ball there.

Anyone able to blow up a pic of that Perriman TD? Because it certainly appeared to me that his toe hit the turf.

I now have serious concerns regarding Perriman's hands after the drop of a pass placed perfectly in his hands today.

Just thinking we don't win another game at this point - oh wait, we do get to play the Browns one more time, might get a win there - looking at our remaining opponents.

Three extremely disturbing stats that should damn Trestman.

1. After starting 2/2 on third down on the first drive, they went 1/13. 

2. They had eight drives (out of 12, if you include the final play of the first half) that were four plays or fewer. 

3. Despite averaging almost NINE yards per carry (!!!!), Trestman ran only five designed runs after five minutes left in the second quarter. He had 18 called runs with five on the first drive alone. How do you abandon the run when you're gaining over 6.0 YPC?
