what are we waiting for to place Waller back on the roster? Maybe just trying not to show our hand... so the skins have less time to prepare?

He's been away from football for a month - nowhere near game shape yet. My guess is that the Ravens are waiting to see about Mad Maxx. If Maxx can get over his injury, then Waller probably gets cut and sent to PS. If Maxx is not, he gets put on IR and the Ravens activate Waller.

Or someone else gets hurt in practice tomorrow. No need to rush the decision until the last minute. Makes no difference.

I'm thinking theyre gonna give DB one shot on Sunday to show himself , then depending on the results he either will go to the PS or vice versa.  In which case waller might get plucked if its him. Ofcourse I'm gonna root for daniel but waller just  seems much more intriguing and could be exactly what this offense needs. ( along with better blocking)

Quest wasn't let go. We signed him off their practice squad for his special teams contributions. He led the Titans in ST tackles when there.

Okay, we signed a safety and we didn't released Lewis. The guy is atrocious. He was one of the main reasons we were so bad last year. Once again, I am confused as to who we are keeping and why and the guys we let go. We let some pretty talented guys go to keep some real stinkers.

As far as Terrance Brookes goes, he is on the Eagles practice squad last I heard and he could have been signed off their practice squad if the Ravens wanted him for nothing. Any team can sign any player off of any team's practice squad as long as they put them on the active roster and they can not then be put back on the Ravens practice squad, he would have to be released if they didn't keep him.

Brooks is on their active roster as their 5th safety. He was never on their practice squad.
