Before the season started, if someone told you the Ravens would be 3-2 after five games...would you have taken it?

I guess, it's the missed opportunity and schedule that hurts though

3-2 is not a bad record in the NFL. But that is looking at it face value. When you dwelve deeper, the Ravens have 11 games left. They have 3 games of "they should be able to win" in the Browns, Dolphins and Jets.

Honestly, the other 8 of them, there honestly a toss up. And with the way this offense is right now, a majority of them are probably in the other teams favor, at the moment.

They have the Giants, Steelers X2, Bengals X2, Cowboys, Patriots and the Eagles.

So let's say they win the 3 softer games. That gets them to 6-2. Go out on a limb and say that 10 wins gets us to the playoffs. That means they have to go 4-4 in those 8 games. That isn't too tall of a task, but with the way the offense is playing, I don't see it happening.

Like I said earlier, 3-2 isn't bad but when you have a murderers row to finish off the season, the Ravens FO and fans would feel a lot more comfortable 5-0/4-1.

Well.....5 games IS  a small sample size. In fact, that's why I never bought into the Rams at 3-1 (now 3-2). They're still in GREAT position to go the usual 7-9.

I'm not saying the Bills are the greatest team in the world, just that there was an awful lot of season to play out before firing Rex was even a contingency option as some people seemed convinced the Bills should do.

I really hope the Giants don't win today, it will give them so much momentum.

Should the Giants lose tonight, wouldn't it be eerily similar to 2012 when both teams were reeling before their matchup?

I understand your points...I guess division games (excluding the Browns) are always, "Throw out the record," as last year proved. Can the Cowboys and Eagles sustain a high level of play, especially at QB? Five games in the Ravens are in the thick of it. It's amazing how close you guys came to being 5-0.

Clearly head coaching is too stressful for his body. He should go back to coordinating the Ravens offense.

Now you're talking. He's never been relaxed like he was in Baltimore. Someone needs to point that out to him.

So who does everyone think will win tonight between Carolina and Tampa Bay?

I picked Bucs but I only got 4 right this week - probably Panthers.

Better question, does anyone care?

That's a good question. Outside of Carolina and Florida, does anyone really care? It's kinda like last Thursday was Bengals/Dolphins, did anyone care outside of Cincy and Miami? Plus both Carolina and Tampa are 1-3, one team improves to 2-3, the other falls to 1-4.

This is why fantasy football is great. Something that has the power to make 2 1-3 teams going at it entertaining is pretty crazy

Another miss by 2nd rounder.

I pity anyone who took a flier on him in fantasy...

Also, Daryl Smith with the pick.
