one more thing..can flacco stop placing his throws at the feet of receivers dammnit

I've noticed this and it's pretty disturbing since most ACL tears allow quarterbacks to fix their footwork and mechanics from their waste down. He needs to be stepping into these throws more fully.

Good:

1) SSS is back

2) T West is going to be a force for this team

3) Juice is awesome

4) Obligatory Tucker is amazing post

5) Joe actually played a really good game for not having a running game for a half, having no O-line, and having receivers get cases of the drops

Bad:

1) Wright is really showing why he needs to go to the bench

2) Chris Moore having the rookie growing pains and drops

3)The D-Line not getting any pressure on Carr

4) Obligatory Kendrick Lewis is bad post, and to beg Weddle never to leave again

Awful:

1) Pretty sure the only competent O-Linemen we sent out was Yanda. Hurst and Zuttah were normal hot garbage, but Jensen and Wagner were also terribad. Can not wait for Stanley to come back and for them to put Lewis back in a G. Hopefully Urschel finally gets playing time at G/C

2) How does Mark Trestman still have a job? The dude just has no idea how to call an offense in the NFL. Didn't know how to do it for the Bears and obviously doesn't know how to do it for the Ravens

3) While I don't agree with the NFL rules on spiking, Wallace has to be better than that. You don't take unnecessary penalties that late into the game

4) Kamar Aiken really is letting me down this year. He cries out for wanting more catches and targets, but he just can't get open or make the catch. And this is going beyond just the final play where he had pretty much no chance at it

5) Harbaugh needs to slow down the aggression on his decisions. I agree about going for 2, but you don't accept that penalty and you take the FG. Its moronic to think Janikowski is going to struggle if you scoot them back a little

It was a bad game, but if we can stay this close in a bad game, then I'm optimistic about this team. Still want Trestman gone, but we still are a good team

On to Washington

Im not too mad here. We lost to a good team. Sure, at home, but there's no shame in that. Even then we could have won. Those saying "we suck, blow up the team and rebuild"... No... Just no.

We didn't lose to Cleveland. We lost to a pretty good team that could potentially be a wildcard playoff team. When we didnt have the left side of the line.

Not mad. Just dissapointed.

This front seven needs to start finishing plays also. I know there were a lot of no call holds, though.

I thought they dominated in the run game, but the pass rush wasn't spectacular today. Got some penetration, but never really got home.

Very good offensive line with a lot of money being spent there on the Raiders side, so that may have a lot more to do with it.

OH wow you don't say?

I also forgot to specifically mention Kamar Aiken in the bad. He's just terrible this year, a wasted roster spot.

Harbaugh is paid to make common sense decisions in game time, it's pointless him saying he wishes he would have done it differently after the fact. It worries me that the fans knew the right decision to make yet the head coach wanted to be stupid.

We did not lost it like Steelers did to eagles. It was a close game against a good team. One dropped pass, one bad coaching decision and we lost. It's still early in the season.

We are 3-1 and if you have told me that at the beginning of this season I would be happy with that.

Flacco made some bad plays today but he was under pressure all day and when the ball hits the WR between the numbers that should be caught period...West looked good and runs hard. Wright can tackle but has a very hard time in coverage maybe he should be a safety IDK SMH tough loss could be 4-0 right now but 3-1 is not that bad. tough loss with the play calling and ball catching in the last seconds of the game.

Pretty standard where? Back Sebas up and make him kick a 45 yarder instead?  Hes one of the best in the game you dont do that with how shaky our secondary is.  Horrible call.  Going for 2 that early as well.  We get that one point we're driving to win instead of driving not to lose

Other than Wright being up and down.  The secondary isn't really that shaky .Jimmy Smith is playing pretty well,The Ravens nickel corners have done a solid job and both Webb and Weddle have been solid as well.

Ultimately Harbaugh decided to bet on his defense to make a stop and why not? The last I heard was that The Raiders starting right tackle wasnt playing in this game and who ever number 74 was at right tackle for them seem to consistently have trouble in pass protection with out holding so I cant blame Harbaugh for betting on his defense to make a stop with Suggs,Jernigan,Williamss and  Doom  coming after the quarterback.

Our end of seasion schedule is filthy though. If we can't win these games then we have less of a chance of beating New England or Cincinnati, surely?

We couldve picked up atleast five yards on that first down drop he he on the last series of that last drive.

Cant disagree with you and I only said Aiken because the ball hit him between the 1's

Wagner provided inexcusably bad protection on that play.

Sort of. The initial pressure that forced Joe to escape the pocket was from the left side, which I believe was Hurst or Jensen. One of them got beat very quickly, and Joe escaped that, but was forced to stop looking down field in order to escape.

I thought Wagner gave up on his block a bit early, but he did block long enough in a normal pass play for the ball to come out. It was the initial pressure that sort of set it in motion.

After Aiken collapsed in on himself and Moore dropped the ball if Perriman can't make himself a solid #3 WR he's probably a bust.

I feel like we say this every year about Harbaugh. When will he learn the game?

Can show you plenty of similar situations where other good HCs have accepted the penalty there.

There's plenty of scenarios that lead to the Raiders not scoring any points by taking the penalty, and that's kind of the goal. Conceding a FG sort of feels like giving up to me, especially with a defense that was playing well.

If I remember right we ran after the run by West when we got the first down and then got a first via pass and then decided to throw the next 4 downs. But at this point, I could be confusing the number of plays we had when we got the ball back after the Raiders scored.

The Chris Moore drop was obviously awful. This guy has been dropping easy passes all season.

Both him and Perriman have been dropping easy passes. They need to hit the jugs immediately.

We did; l don't remember. If they did they must did'nt gain any yardage if they ran the ball 1st down. They should've run it the second time then.

Yea we ran for no gain or 1 yd... then Moores drop, the low throw to Pitta and then the Aiken drop.

At least that's how I remember it. Could be wrong though.

He had room to run and would have put us in field goal position . .

Depends. Based on what I've seen so far, I'd say Oakland is clearly better than Cincinnati. Nothing scary about the Bengals defense, and the Raiders offense is significantly better from what I've seen.
