Me too no question. But we've also been streaky mostly due to Wright getting annihilated over the top. Also our 4 man rush disappears at times and I would place a lot of that blame on whoever is giving ZDS the snaps over judon, he's far inferior and it's not even a question at this point So why do it? I still think we're feeling things out and we will get it together in the 4 man rush, our 2nd corner spot though is a different story.

I would agree on ZDS. He's either hitting that year 2 wall or still feeling that injury out. Maybe even a combination of both, he certainly hasn't done much so far.

Just saw this and thought I'd add it.

I don't understand why everyone is ragging on ZDS so much. Yes, he's thrown into playing time at OLB simply because we are extremely thin out there.

The guy is a 4th round talent ( I believe that is when we drafted him). It's the front offices job to get better guys in here. The dude is giving it all he can if you watch the film. That's the only reason he had sacks last year is bc he has an endless motor and if a play broke down he never quit.

The facts still remain that he is extremely slow off of the ball and lacks the pass rushing technique/skill to be a very good player in the league.

I guess Stanley is a no-go again this week after missing his 6th straight practice. Heal up Ronny.

Assuming (well, probably should say hoping) whoever gets the start at Lt holds up better against a pass rush like the skins have

Disagree. I don't think explosiveness is the problem. Technique and most of all stiffness is killing him. He can't bend at all and he can't work with his hands enough to make up for it. Hopefully Cullen helps with that.

Lewis hopefully should start at LT. If Hurst is out there trying to block Preston Smith or Ryan Kerrigan, I don't see how the Ravens can win this game.

You do realize their pass defense is one of the worse in the league?

So is their run defence.

Knowing us, we'll improve their stats.

Jealous of him not getting hit once

While I don't hate Carr (quite the opposite actually), I'm right there with you. Must be nice to drop back, call the family, make some food, and then throw the ball to an open guy. Can't relate to this.

This is no rivalry, just a bunch of both teams fans yelling nasty stuff on social media.

Agreed. This is not a 'Rivalry' game but because it's not some feel that they're obligated to create a narrative when none exist. For the most part, there's been nothing but respect and acknowledgement between both organizations and players. I wish there was something else there to hype this thing, but...(not trying to create a false narrative.)

No matter how you slice and dice it we have a team full of underachievers and that boils down to poor drafting, lackluster game plans, and no real identity on offense. We are mired in the Newsome/Harbaugh plugging holes philosophy and while they have been excellent at the helm in the past we are now and have been for some time a rudderless ship. Thankfully the hurricane will pass us by but a different kind of storm is gathering here in Baltimore and it's time to get some guys outta there. Let's think about bringing in Josh McDaniels.

Expecting to see very little of the Kubiak Era ' stretch-zone running scheme' this game based on the return of Dixon, the recent success of West and the exit of Forsett. We've entered a new Era at a critically, perfect time (based on the Washington's team low defensive performance) to dominate the line-of-scrimmage and completely regain an 'identity'.

It should get interesting. GO Ravens! 200+ yards rushing - 200+ yards passing.

I like this match up..

if we lose, we go to the SB like the last time they beat us..

if we win, we r 4-1..

win win situation

This game is not at FedEx.  Its only when we lose at Fedex field, we win superbowl  (2000 & 2012).

I like that we're not afraid to make quick moves this season. Having some depth really helps.

Lewis gets experience at tackle, granted LT isn't the same as RT but it's a tougher position and he'll be going up against some edge rushers so that's a good thing. I'm way past done with Hurst, he needs to be replaced soon. You just can't do worse than him, I'm serious.

So you're saying we're underachieving at 3-1 and should be 4-0 :D

Nope not at all.  If you really think we looked awesome in any of our 3 wins then you see something the rest of the world doesn't. But hey being a Baltimore Ravens fan is never boring that's for sure.

I think we get back to our winning ways this Sunday vs. Redskins. Stanley will be out, Lewis moves over to LT, and Kenneth Dixon returns in the backfield ready to run. Ravens will be motivated to win at all cost, as they hate losing two in a row. Ravens win 31 to 24.

With the left side we're fielding, establishing the run will be tough - though the Redskins' terrible dline certainly helps - Lewis is a weak run blocker as is Urschel, both are good pass blockers first and foremost. I'd think if we were looking to establish the run game we'd roll with Jensen at LG since that's what he does exceptionally well - he just can't pass block to save his life.

I know the speed rush gave both our tackles issues last week, kerrigan's been limited in practice and not sure who other guy is for redskins. Certainly not as good as raiders... I hope

What does the Wizard see this week for Flacco and Perriman?
