[News] Late For Work 9/28: Ravens In For A 'Rude Awakening' If They Don't Change This Trend

68 posts in this topic

Who cares if a win is pretty or ugly? I care. Cause I see our team this year is capable of those pretty wins. Last year wasn't the case, and hasn't been the case for a long while with all the building UP to this year, but never say never...always room for improvement...when it's time, it's time...and guess what? ...it's time. Always can go beyond the status quo. If I didn't feel they could do it this year I wouldn't mention it. I know they can do it. So much talent, let it shine!

Let's go 4-0 and see what other stats people can dig up to tell us all that the Ravens still suck.

It will happen, even if we don't lose and beat Pittsburgh they'll say, well it's their rival  and they were at home and Steelers were missing (insert injured player) ignoring the Ravens injury report

So the 3 teams we beat are a combined 1-8................ But since we gave them 3 of those 8, they are actually 1-5. See how easy it is to make stats say what ever you want? Boo-ya!

How can anyone be satisfied with this horrible offense. All we read from the pundits before the season began was offense this and offense that. Perriman, Perriman, Perriman. I knew then and I know now that is was all baloney. Perriman stinks. He is another wasted draft pick, dropping passes like flies, just like he did in college. He is the offensive version of Elam, another first round bust. The Ravens may or may not win all or part of the next 4 games before the week off, but once they come back, it is bad news for this lackluster offensive team. Why can't Joe throw the ball past the line of scrimmage when we need a first down? Oh yeah 21 completions in a row. What they don't tell you is that most of them were either at or behind the line of scrimmage.

Who said they were "satisfied with this...offense"? And while we're at it, which pundits were talking up the Ravens offense in preseason? Not a one that I saw. In fact, they were all in a "lets see" mode. It appears your posts are full of hyperbole and innuendos to try and support an aimless rant. I'll be sure and skip over your future posts so I don't waste any more of my time.

Did the Comcast Sports guy just say "one winning way" in the video? What the heck is one winning way and why doesn't the local sports guy know the address of our training facility? ONE WINNING DRIVE. It's a football term look it up. smh

They will say that the Raiders have one of the worst defenses and had back to back trips across country, that we found yet another way to win a close game against a young talented team. What they wont be talking about is how our Defense is winning games for us and that Trestman needs to let Flacco run the Offense.

+Lets face it. We are Ravens fans where there are no blow outs, slow starts, penalties at wrong times and the last three minutes decide our fate. If a fan wants wins and assured victories they won't find it a Ravens stadium seat or a couch at the TV.
