[News] The Breakdown: Eisenberg's Five Thoughts vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

Personally I was pushing for Pees to move Jimmy on Robinson before halftime. I was upset with Pees that it took him to the 4th quarter to make that move. I know that Powers and Will Davis were inactive again for Sunday's game but maybe it is time to activate one against the Raiders.

is the running game having issues because of the OL? or is it broadcasting the plays? or is it because we don't have any running backs? Pittsburgh and Cincy are waiting. When the h.... is Dumerville going to get in the lineup?

This team has damn near given me a heart attack every single game for the past 2 years. Can we PLEASE just win one game distinctively so I don't have to pace around my apartment for 2 hours?

Flacco was absolutely in the zone until that Wallace drop , sucks BC that would've been an NFL record for consecutive completions too.

Hester almost gave them the W on a silver platter. He did exactly what we brought him here NOT to do.

Tucker once again shows why kickers are so valuable. All around the league missed kicks decided games this week. Including a potential game winner in Cleveland from about 20 yards away. ( lol poor browns) some kickers let the pressure get to them - others have ice in their veins. And I freaking loved the sandlot reference from cox.."heroes will be remembered- but legends never die"  haha

Were now at the top of the division - heading back to the Bank with Doom and Dixon slated to return. A very good position to be in indeed.

And oh yeah Ramsey- sit your tail down somewhere and learn to respect your elders. 8 catches for 87 yards is not "locking him down" ...don't be salty BC your teams 0-3...you need to bow down in the presence of greatness young boy. I'm glad we didn't draft his ignorant self anyway- perfectly content with Stanley. He didn't have his best of games but obviously he will have ups and downs during the course of the season. He's done a phenomenal job so far with the steep learning curve and has shown a positive can do attitude and durability. Not to mention He obviously wasnt 100%going into Sunday- ..but he fought through it. More than we can say for a guy like Monroe. Its actually more of the right side of the line thats had the issues. Surprisingly the rookies aren't at fault and something has to be done about zuttah. I get that its hard to switch centers mid season once they build chemistry with the QB..but the way its lookin there's not too much chemistry there in the first place. Something has to be done and a shake up needs to be made. Insert Jensen or urschel. Its easy to blame the backs but they have absolutely NO lanes and just keep running into walls. I mean eventually you would think they'd atleast break open 1 or 2 though , so hopefully Dixon will provide that spark. I'm surprised that Buck still hasn't been given any opportunity whatsoever. And my only other complaint would be that Davis needs to be activated. I like getting the  youngster Tavon some games under his belt for development and he has done a great job- but we can find a way to utilize Davis somewhere. Preferably on third down obvious passing situations since he's so good in coverage. Also a little worried about shareece. He has shown the ability to rebound off of bad games but that was 2 In a row and you know that carr and those raider receivers will be testing him all day long. Him holding up could be the key to victory. Anyway- we have GOT to start running the ball successfully or come December these 60 yard games and 2.8 and 3.1 YPC averages just ain't gonna cut it. Once the running game gets humming then Joe can really open it up with all these weapons at his disposal and it will be all she wrote.

6-2 at home. 4-4 on the road. 2 ugly road wins and they're well on their way. Never underestimate the importance of special teams in a league characterized by parity.

So for the Heart-Attack comment all I will say, this really should give fans a better appreciation of what the Ravens deal with in order to find ways to overcome and win. Joe personality certainly helps to set the tone in that regard and it does not require a big hoorah moment all the time. There is simply the tranquility under duress and that should not be under valued.

I certainly agree with Ramsey needing to earns his stripes before making such comments to a seasoned vet heading to the HoF. With only 3 pro level games under your belt you have much to learn still. It really came across more like taddle telling IMHO. If you want to be the bigger man as you speculate then leave it on the field and don't throw it to the media. If you want media attention then earn it with your play not petty post game trash talk.

"This team has damn near given me a heart attack every single game for the past 2 years" That's ironic, in the fact that Joe is seems so calm when we fans are losing our minds.

Has anyone noticed that Flacco is on track for 4128 passing yards?

And Justin has not missed a field goal THANKS.
