Any news on Ravens site issues?

All day today I can only open the home page on http://www.baltimoreravens.com/ . Nothing else (apart from Boards) works. When can we expect the fix?

Hrmf - it seems to be nfl.com wide issue, can't open any of the teams' sites.

Back to this one - I am still having issues with time outs / long lag, so did a little troubleshooting myself. It appears the problem is with nfl.com's akamai centre in NZ. This is where www.baltimoreravens.com pages are served for us down in the All Blacks land:

www.baltimoreravens.com.edgesuite.net is an alias for a1332.g.akamai.net.

Geo IP query reveals that a1332.g.akamai.net is indeed in NZ:

I am getting time outs, file not found, page not found mostly on videos but sometimes news articles take very long time to load. It feels like replication / transfer to akamai NZ takes a very long time, since videos become eventually available. Happens with other NFL teams' official sites as well. It's definitely not my OS/browser/ad blocker issue - the rest of the Internet works just fine for me. 

Wondering is there anybody mods can forward this to and get some help up the chain?

In addition to the above - at the moment, I can only watch Harbs presser from today. Orr, Joe, West pressers and Suggs postgame locker interview all give me "this video is no longer available" (I can see thumbnails on the scroll below). If I try Joe's video directly via:

Our webmaster takes care of everything we get to him and he gets the info to the people that can fix it.

Yep, jinxed it. No doubt.

Exactly the same symptoms today. Long time to load home page, hit an miss when clicking on various links. Example:

Clicked Harbs full presser link in a "Recent Videos" bar from WP-WN page, got:

For what it's worth - NZ site problems are back in full swing. I won't bother any longer - using now Hola extension, works like charm.

I am really beginning to become frustrated with posting on this site. Over the last couple days, I have attempted to make at least 4 posts and when I go to submit them, they won't post and what ever I typed gets lost. As well, I have already addressed that often when I quote someone an old post comes up in the box and is still happening. When are these issues going to be fixed?

Chrome on Windows 10 has been a real issue.  The engineers are working on it, but we have no idea when it will be fixed.  A large update might be required.  Perhaps you could try another browser??

We apologize for the trouble you're having. In our upcoming maintenance release, we have improvements both to editor auto-save clearing (the "old quotes showing back up" issue) and for the problem with the inability to post issues primarily.

Just to confirm though @Rav'n Maniac, when you submit a reply and it won't go through, is the problem you're experiencing that the button changes to "Saving" or "Submitting" but then comes back without actually saving the post? (We think we understand the issue you're speaking of, but just want to be sure we aren't looking at two different things.) Thanks very much for your time!

Not sure if this helps - I noticed the same few times but nothing as frequent as @Rav'n Maniac. Click submit, button stays dimmed and the refreshed page never returns, just hangs there. When I manually refresh, comment isn't posted.

Did something just happen with the site? I see that all my post history was removed in my profile, just wondering.

I've also found that when I go to the boards and I click on the star or ball for the shortcut for the last post read, I now get an error page instead of it taking me into the thread.

The error page says the boards,baltimoreravens.com is not working.

boardsbaltimoreravens.com redirected you too many times.
