Hopefully one that can run the ball.

IF Dumervil actually comes back this game should be competitive. We can put interior pressure on for days.

This is a L.

I have very little faith until a few things happens...

Forsett is declared incompetent and not given carries

Trestman stops with the runs up zuttahs bum on first down, strange to run behind your clear weakest link.

Pees decides to call the game plan that works, rather than seeing a game plan excel and then scrapping it when we need it most.

Although I think by mideseason this team could catch steam and play well. We haven't had a chance to gel yet.

It's not necessarily designed to go behind Zuttah. It's just that Zuttah can't hold his own and create a crease. He gets driven into the play instead of opening a hole. There's nothing you can really do about that in zone blocking. The OL is a unit and moves in a direction. It just so happens that Zuttah gets moved instead of doing the moving.

I am legitimately worried about this game. Their interior defense of lineman combined with their exterior edge players presents her real issue for offensive line. Combined with the fact  that their offensive line is pretty solid and real legitimate weapons. This game and the Raiders game are the two I'm worried about.

Veteran presence. Same reason forsett still miraculously gets carries.

I would need to go back and watch but I thought I saw a lot of those runs up the middle were gap runs. I was too damn frustrated to watch with an analytical eye though so i could definitely be .mistaken

I personally wouldn't mind seeing Jensen at C soon. He's had some up and down games but last year he wasn't awful

This is a game I see us winning to be honest. Not even sure why, but I'm not really scared. At the same time, I could easily see us losing, so I guess I won't be surprised lol

One thing is very apparent in the way the Chargers are playing the Jags - Aggression. We can't afford conservative play calling in this one. Have to impose our will on this team for 4 quarters. Conservative Defensive/Offensive play calling won't work.

The fact that Jacksonville put up no points in the first half today makes me scratch my head over our upcoming game.  Ravens have much work to be done, and some reassignments seem very likely.  I am going to see the glass as half full after eking out two wins to start the season.  Get ready, Ravens, and play better!

I think this could be an ugly game for us.  The Jags have awesome receiving corps and our secondary still looks rough.  We brought pressure pretty well, but we need to finish and get sacks, if Doom comes back i will feel much better.  But i think we are about to lose two in a row sadly.

I'm not quite so sure. I believe we will beat the Jags to be honest. Just don't let the opponent be up 20 in the first half next time. Try to keep the game close and we're good.

This is gonna be a THRILLER. The Jags are a FAR better offense than us and their defense could surprise us. This is also an away game so expect Zuttah to botch the snap atleast once. After seeing how this team likes to play I'm not going into this expecting a win.

You know, we are 2-0.

Just had to stop myself and realize that.  Im going to stop ranting.

Lets take the time to realize that we are still in a good situation.  We just need to get better.

We got problems and its going to need to improve.  But hey..win this one and we are 3-0.  That is pretty amazing.

San Diego is crushingJacksonville having trouble with defending deep ball and TE. Just hope we show up for 4 quarters

If the ravens that show up are the ravens from the 1st half today. We're going to lose by 40

Is that why JAX is getting shut out 35 - 0 by San Diego as we speak?

People need to get off JAX until they actually do something

I think everyone's giving the Jags too much credit. Yes, they have a ton of young talent especially on offense - but they have not looked good so far this season.

Of course, we aren't going to get away with what we did in the 1st quarter today but that goes without saying.

They played ok week 1 but made a lot of mistakes that shots themselves in the foot. And right now they're getting absolutely smoked by a Chargers team without one of the best receivers in the league.

The Chargers are not good and are making the Jags look like a joke. Sure it's a week to week league and any given Sunday... but the Jags young talent needs to prove they know how to win before getting anointed as anything. And so far they haven't. They're still just a young, talented team with potential.

Its not a gimme win, and we'all have to show up and play... but I expect a win.

I fully expect the Jags to play an all-around better game than they did against SD. I think our defense might struggle when it counts most and that might be the deciding factor.
