If we went 1-15, we'd certainly be able to get Myles Garrett. He's a really, really good pass rusher from A&M. I doubt we'll go 1-15, though. I get your joke, btw.

Ah I gotcha now. Idk -- I still would rather have a top corner or receiver if we picked in the top five again. But I wouldn't be disappointed with Garrett

To explain that play by the way the goal of that play was to burn a few seconds with zero risk of a sack.  Flacco basically quickly rolled out of the pocket and threw it over SSS head so that 5 seconds would run off the clock and there would be no chance of a return.

A 1 score game getting the ball at the start of the half after every single thing went wrong.  I can live with that.

No. The sky is falling. This team is horrible, buncha frauds.

From down to 18 only trail by 8 so...its not over!

I think that answers your question about why we didn't go for two before. If we did that and failed it'd still be a nine-point deficit.

Not an easy play, but like the Torrey play at the end of the 2014 game, I'd like to see Wallace make a little more effort to go up and get that ball.

I agree, and just like that play it could have been an INT and it would have been uncontested by the receiver.

I guess there's something good to pull out of this mess- since being down 20-0, we've outscored the Browns 12-0. Of course, our offense really needs to come up big on the opening drive after halftime. If they don't and the Browns score a TD on their opening drive, there likely won't be any joy in Baltimore when this one's over.

I hear you. I wouldn't mind a top offensive linemen, either; although Castillo is money at developing these guys so we'll see. I think we need to invest in a real legit center, though. I'm sick of seeing Zuttah getting pushed back and I'm not liking how Lewis is getting beat out there, too. I've seen Lewis on the ground a lot this game. I would prefer Garrett, personally. Give me pressure and sacks.

Anyway, I like how this game turned around fast. Lol. I hope people didn't go to the ledge earlier.

I did a double take at the beginning of the game when one of the announcers said Joe was one of his favorite quarterbacks to watch.

Man, if he could orchestrate a comeback from this... Everyone would probably still call him average,

It's because it's Chris Simms. He's a QB, and knows more about the game than sports writers. But Flacco has proved him wrong so far. lol

We get the ball.

That might come back to bite us in the butt, but I can understand why we did it.

Same here. The kick would have only made it 20-5. I thought it was four down territory myself... then I saw the blocking on that run and I had my doubts, but still thought it was the right call at the time.

Should've taken that fg earlier.

Agree. I hated that call to go for it on 4th down  when the run game was struggling so bad.

I don't. It would've been a two possession game, and it was only the first quarter. No need to take points of the board.

Should call a better 4th day play than a shotgun gun shuffle pass to run..

These commentators have been really complementary of Flacco it's unusual lol.  Would be great if he puts up a huge second half.

I was pleasantly taken aback myself but then Flacco played like the bad Flacco to start the game. He crushed my hopes of more praise from the commentators.

This game feels so dirty. This team has big problems but I if we end up winning I'm positive 99% of the fans will act like everything's all good.
