[News] Za'Darius Smith, Breshad Perriman Both Active vs. Browns

Great news about zadarius. Didn't expect him to suit up seeing as how he didn't see the practice feild all week. But hey the more pass rushers the better. Kind of surprised to see buck Allen inactive once again- esp considering I thought we'd be doing a lot of running the ball. Also interesting to see both powers and Davis inactive again too. Good sign that they have faith in the youngster young and will only help bring him along quicker. I like the call. Was hoping to see urschel out there but if he's still ailing there's not much you can do about that. If zuttah struggles again this week expect urschel to take alot of reps at center throughout practice this week.

I agee with January j, Its kinda odd to see Buck inactive especially since we run a lot on the Browns and theres always a chance one of our active backs might get injured....but I guess we have Juice to fill in.

Said it before and I'll say it again, Buck Allen needs to up his game, mostly in regards to his ground game. He is a great pass catcher and great in space. So far this season though his ground game has left much to be concerned about. I'm not saying he needs huge runs each play, but his average was under 3 yards which is basically league average for fill in type players. If you want to be toting that rock on game day, you gotta get above 3 yards average.

Coach Harbs says after game one, Buck Allen being a healthy scratch was just a numbers game for the personnel they wanted to use, but I personally do not buy it. Cleveland is a team, and divisional opponent, who tend to play close games, often decided by one score. Being able to control TOP and run out the clock in the fourth quarter are big strengths to have. Sure seems to make a lot of sense to have all your back field weapons ready to go.

Why was the game thread deleted?

Good question.

They're so embarrassed, they couldn't take it anymore.

This would go down in lore as the game that should be forgotten

It'll only be forgotten if they actually get better this year. But from what we have to go by now; it doesn't look like they're getting better. Perhaps even worse.

No WR separation at all. Every pass is a safety valve, check down because our "amazing" group of WRs can't get separation from this "incredible" Browns secondary. Going to be a very long year...again.

Be patient and get back on the wagon
