It's crazy Pernell McPhee run up on Jay Cutler bump him and curse him out in street clothes because McPhee is still on the PUP list lol. 

 

I always felt like Cutler was this generations Jeff George minus going to a ton of teams.   Strong arm, doesn't communicate well with others, never live up to the potential and talent.
