Now the domino effect has started. The Bills have fired Offensive Coordinator Greg Roman and promoted Assistant Head Coach Anthony Lynn to Offensive Coordinator to replace him.

As I pointed out to the "Wizard" in another thread, there's pretty much no way the Bills fire Rex during the season. They have no replacement options.

Roman was already a horrible candidate, and now they've replaced him with another nobody. And if they did fire Rex, his brother Rob is the other coordinator, so you'd be replacing a person with the same person.

Pretty much. This is going to be the start and the Monday after week 17 will be the end of the Rex Ryan era in Buffalo, wouldn't be surprised if they fire GM Doug Whaley for a full house cleaning.

So the Colts going to be in another shootout against the Broncos? Colts will be missing three players in their secondary, Vontae Davis(out til October), CB Patrick Robinson and Safety TJ Green. Also ruled out is Defensive Lineman Henry Anderson. This might be Trevor Siemian's coming out party.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/09/16/colts-without-four-key-defensive-players-against-broncos/

I don't think the Colts are going to be as successful on offense as they were last Sunday and in the previous matchups against the Broncos.

So there is a report that the new Bills Owners Terry and Kim Pegulas were unhappy with the job Roman was doing and expressed to Rex Ryan their concern. They also don't have faith in Tyrod as they didn't think the two long TD passes he had were reflective of his progress as a QB that could carry the offense the rest of the season.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/09/16/report-pegulas-unhappiness-led-to-greg-romans-firing/

After this report came out, Rex Ryan said that the firing of Greg Roman was his decision.

Quote

“After every game I meet with ownership,” Ryan said, via WGR 550. “This morning I met with them. I informed them on my decision and they were supportive of it. … Wehave a lot of weapons. It’s about how we disperse the ball, that’s going to be the focus. … I thought it was the right time to make a move. There’s 14 games left in the season, and we have to make big strides moving forward.”

Translation: Greg was my scapegoat.

If that was us though, we'd be blaming Pees for that loss.  Not Joe.

Very true, overall though, that is classic Fitzpatrick to me. He killed our glory last season of knocking the steelers out of the playoffs, that would of been amazing. And then I wouldn't have to listen every single day about how the Bengals were robbed by the Steelers. My god, it was a wild card team

and the Steelers went on to lose the next round, give it up, you weren't winning the SB last year....

Im telling you guys if you lived here......lol

I feel for you and @RavensPunkXVX. Question for both of you: are the Bengals on top of your most hated teams or is it still the Steelers?

Adam Schefter reports that Rob Gronkowski will be out against the Dolphins. So that's two weeks without Brady/Gronk and yet they will still manage to win.

Start Dez Bryant in your fantasy this week. Bashaud Breeland who was torched by Antonio Brown last week will be covering Dez Bryant. Redskins are content with Josh Norman playing on one side of the field.

So we are struggling against the Browns meanwhile Jimmy G looks like the second coming of Tom Brady. 15/19 204 Yards and 3 TDs. Unbelievable.

Jimmy G has left the game after taking a hard hit landing on his shoulder and rookie Jacoby Brisset is now in at QB for the Patriots.

Sorry to see Jimmy G go down.  I loved the Tom who? comments.  I think I could tolerate the Patriots with no Brady and no Belichick.  I know Belichick is a very successful coach.  I just can't stand that aloof "I'm so much better than anyone else" attitude. He was a Cleveland Browns coach after all.

Oh look, the Rams decided to show up and play good football. Of course always against the Seahawks.

Welp, the Jeff Fisher chart isn't failing us yet

Jacksonville looks awful today

Bad sign for us.  Always fear a home team that just had an ugly road loss.

Just got to see this weeks scores now, congrats on the comeback win against good ole cleveland. I'm hoping jimmy G is alright and the raiders and hawks win these games. I hate how jeff fisher only wants to play when it's against the better division teams.

So Seattle's offense.... Only 12 points last week against the Dolphins defense and as of now only 3 points against the Rams defense losing 6-3. Yikes... Seattle has lost their offense.

Their O-line is pretty terrible. Was my weakest group on paper before the season started and the sad thing is it wasn't close.

Now they just lost Thomas Rawls and Tyler Lockett for the rest of the game making it even more terrible for them.

Colts lose another Cornerback as Rashaaan Melvin left the game due to a thigh injury. Surprisingly it's been a low scoring game as Broncos lead 16-13 after a another Field Goal.

Man, there is no offense whatsoever in this Seahawks/Rams game. Rams lead 9-3, but have a feeling Seahawks might pull off the comeback win like they did against Miami and win 10-9.

Wow.. Seahawks get the sack but he grabbed the face mask during the sack to extend the drive. Ol' Petey is upset and furious.
