To each player that hands the ref a ball... Harbs should give them one of those gold stars :D

LOL, all the grade schoolers  on here would agree with you.

On our (failed) final drive on Sunday, Wallace was actually open on a slant on the play Joe almost threw his interception. He probably would've run into field goal range from the YAC, too. ... Too bad our line sucked so hard Joe had someone in his face 3 seconds after he snapped the ball...

Wallace is better than Julio Jones, but Jones has adequate time to make his break in patterns.  The Falcons' O-line is giving Matt Ryan time to throw darts.  To maximize Wallace's potential, the Ravens must fix their offensive blocking schemes and have two backs in the backfield to block for Joe.  When the Ravens block, Joe throws, and Wallace flies!

Juilio's size, speed and hands make him a nightmare to cover. Very grateful we have Mike Wallace, but other than speed he has no strength over Julio.

He was open but he probably would have been tackled short. I think the Linebacker would have gotten there in time.

Wallace is the Craven Raven!  He brings sharp quickness and speed to patterns down field.  His favorite place is in the end zone.  Get the football to Wallace in motion and great things will happen.  Wallace is pure flash, no one defender can stay with him.  This is only the beginning - Wallace is hungry for the football - feed him!

Let the Wallace roll today!!!

You really have to throw the ball into Wallace's body for him to catch it, since he's going to short-arm anything away from his body.

Wallace killed our chance of winning this game by not catching an easy throw .

If the game was that one play and that one play alone I would agree.  It wasn't so I don't agree.

Wallace is averaging 4 points a game.  Find a way to get the football to him.  Double slot Wallace and another speed receiver and execute the X and Go.  Joe will need two blockers in the backfield to allow time to target 25+ yard routes.

In the Raven's huddle today, heads leaning forward by the players, they will hear their favorite music from Joe: "Wallace deep on the post!"  Ravens will rock and roll to receivers down the field.  Shades of deep purple and black will rain down on the tiny Giants.  GET THE BALL, CROSS THE LINE!

Wallace: go talk to Perriman and challenge him to 120 yard game this weekend.  Then talk to Joe about double slotting you and Perriman on the right-side for post and flag routes, respectfully.  Tell Joe to throw to your left ear; he is sharper when you give him an exact spot.  Execute this play ALL day; the Jets cannot stop FLASH and SPEED on the same side.  Get the football; cross the line!

Wallace: Very nice game - you nailed it with 10 catches and 120 yards!  Ravens will go to the drawing board and find more ways to deliver the football to FLASH in stride.  Your leadership is providing illumination for the offense.  Keep up the great work!  For what it is worth - you were mugged in the end zone - what game were the referees watching? (humor intended)  Ravens will ramp-up for second half of season and you will be a major part of the success.

Wallace: have Mallett  hit you on the down and outs and then execute the down, out, and up.  Have Perriman line up in wide out position and execute the post pattern to keep the safety in the center of the field.  You will light up the turf by attacking the balls thrown by Mallett.  Mallett has a faster pace in and out of the huddle than Joe, faster delivery, and gets into the flow of the game in uptick fashion.  When Mallett is in the game, you and the rest of the receivers will benefit. The Ravens team members and fans know your capabilities; keep demonstrating them!

Wallace: Two touchdown pay day coming your way.  Steelers may know your face, but it is your back they will remember most after Sunday's game.  Catch everything that comes your way; demand the football.  Light up the house!  Ravens' vibe starts with you - get the purple blood flowing in Baltimore.  It is Flash Time!

Wallace: 14-yard slants are there all day.  Setup the slant and go to a porous Steeler defense and it will be "Show Time!"  Expect a big day - be the football!

Wallace: You nailed it today!  Your leadership is revving up the Ravens.  Congratulations on setting the Ravens' longest reception for a TD record, but more importantly now the world knows why you're called "Flash"!

Also durability, because the best ability is availability.

For real though, the guy lost a step and is still faster than everyone. He's quietly having a good season despite our offensive issues.

Wallace: the focus will be on running against the Browns, the football will come to you with running backs out of the eye formation, play action deep right side.  Tonight is about offensive timing; not expecting you to have more than four-five catches. A Flash TD is certainly possible and welcome!

Wallace: another nice game moving the chains forward by your intense concentration of the football and quickness in feet for creating instant separation from the defenders.  When Joe delivers the football to you in your stride, it is a sight of beauty - you secure the football and switch gears - and in a flash you are gone.  Kudos to your Raven mate Perriman (Speed) for learning from you; Flash and Speed are dangerous duos down field.  Expecting to see Balance and Boom in Dallas!  Balancing targets and booming touchdowns will be the story against the Cowboys. Looking for 100+ yards each from Flash and Speed against the Cowboys making this true breakout game for the Ravens' offensive.

Wallace: how about triplets with you (Flash), Perriman (Speed) and Aiken (Hands) against Dallas?  Alternate you and Speed on fly patterns and keep Hands underneath.  Dallas can't cover triplets.  Joe could easily have 400+ plus yards passing day against the Cowboys with Flash, Speed and Hands in pressure attack formation!

I would consider SSS the " hands" in this equation. I'd also add waller in the equation as "size" ...was so thrilled we finally threw to him in the endzone. He has to be utilized more. And hopefully Dixon can build off Thursdays performance.

Good points on SSS and Waller.

Wallace will illuminate the 80,000-seat capacity AT&T stadium with its retractable roof in Arlington, Texas.  They better keep the roof open, because Flash, Speed, and Hands are Ravens ready to explode on the turf.  Raven reception records may be broken before the night ends.  Motto: catch the ball first, yards will follow.  Joe will find receivers open all night and will pull trigger smartly and quickly.  Dallas does not have a defensive answer to Flash, Speed and Hands!

I love those crossing routes for Wallace and Perriman. With Dixon on the field we have one of the fastest offenses in the league. Wallace was a smart signing and I applaud the front office. I loved this signing from the second I saw it. We need to sign him longer a couple more years. He has another year here but he has been a surprise.

I agree,  I loved the signing from the day we got him, there was a lot that wasn't a fan.  I'd hold off till next year before extension talk comes into play as he is an older wr that relies on speed.
