Great: Wallace, Wallace, Wright

Bad: Inconsistent pass rush

Ugly: Offensive Playcalling in the second half

the pass rush down the middle was really good. Problem is with tyrod and mccoy its hard to be over aggressive on the edges.

The Good: The defense played very well. I was impressed with Wright today, he seemed to struggle at times during the preseason but came up big today.

The Bad: Our o-line struggled with the pass rush up the middle. I thought Trestman should have made some adjustments for it.

The Ugly: I am not going to beat our team up today. I am too happy to win on opening day!!!!!!

Good win. Buffalo has a good secondary,  so being able to move the ball through the air like we did was great. Definitely some thing to build on. Perriman, Wallace and Pitta all made big plays.

Defense looked better than expected,  didn't get any turnovers but they got off the field when they needed to.

Not a fan of throwing it on 3rd and short as much as we did.

Those Oline penalties early in the game stalled the offense when they were clicking and cost us some points.

I don't think Joe is truly 100%, he couldn't move as well as he usually does and he was throwing flat footed a bunch of times.

There's no way he's 100%. He came back really fast from an ACL/MCL tear.

Defense really won the game, but the offense showed alot of promise. Especially in the 1st half. Flacco to Wallace will be special this season. imho.

I give credit to Buffalo for a strong defense that made Ravens' offensive look sluggish and I give credit to Ravens' defense for making Buffalo's offense look more sluggish. Dominant defensive play on both sides.

I didn't notice Alex Lewis today, I think that's a good thing.

Except for that early false start, Stanley had a nice debut as well. Against a Ryan defensive scheme, that's saying a lot for two rookies in their first game.

Flacco to Perriman very good

it was one completed pass.  was good but...wallace seems to be in his form.   starting to think he might be our #1 guy

The Good: All of our injury question marks and new player question marks came out relatively unscathed.  Flacco looked good, Pitta good, SSS good, Forsett good, Suggs good, Jimmy Smith good, the rookies on defense played well.  As mentioned, our first opener win since 2012.

The bad: offensive line needs some work - hopefully the rookies have a fast learning curve.  Too many stalling drives in the second half when we had some momentum built up from the first.  I'll take the win and I do understand there are a lot of new, young faces on both sides of the ball, but the Bills haven't been a major playoff contender in a long time.

Offense was good?? returns were about as well as you could ask for against a top tier punter and good coverage unit. Just because his name is Hester doesn't mean he will take one all the way every game...

Winning our opener is a good thing.  Last time that happened was 2012 and we all know how that worked out.

Well let's keep this going

Physically he's obviously good to go and should keep getting better, but mentally he has a LONG way to go still (same with Perriman). As I keep saying, it takes time for players to regain confidence in their knees after an injury like that.

It happened like 9 month ago. That's crazy fast. Good on him, that he return this quickly, ready to get hit.

Yeah Zuttah was horrible today. If he keeps this up than Urschel might take his place.

I'll feel more confident when the defense performs as it did today against a good pocket passer. And that won't happen until week 3 against the Jaguars. Taylor and RG3 are probably the lower tier of NFL starters.

I was expecting more from him on returns. He had 3 opportunities and 2 of them he lost yards so it was bad. We would be actually better without him trying.

Offense was okay, maybe not good but promising. I liked what I have seen in the first half tho. Buffalo is not a bad team..

Devon Hester looks really really slow . I'm not sure he's the answer for us .

He only got like 3 real attempts and even then the coverage team was on him pretty quick...The Bills punter and coverage unit is one of the best

Kinda crazy how many offensive weapons we have. Once the unit gets in sync, oh my. Aiken, Perriman, Wallace, SSR, Pitta, Gilmore. Crazy.

McCoy had less than 4 yards per carry...there was one drive where he ran all over us but that was pretty much it

We saw some good runs and some big plays and generated plenty yards and ToP on offense (We had neither last season). I don't know why people are so down on Trestman. It's Joe's first proper NFL game. I see the potential and think that our offense will be just fine. Lets see how things work out against Cleveland.
