Yup.
McCown is 2-1 against us.  RG-III is scared of his own shadow.  What was going to be a really fun game, now has me concerned.

Mallet beat him last season without half the talent that Joe has this season. I'm not that concern. Plus, McCown was truly beat-out by RG3 according to pre-season reports coming out of Cleveland. There's got to be a reason for that. Maybe they thought that he didn't give them the best chance to be competitive.

Not saying it's a done deal, but his (McCown) being there doesn't change the scenario too much for me. This is a 'Must Win' that we should win if we prepare, play and coach to our full potential.

I'm actually looking forward to face a McCown-led offense. It's game like this where it can help determine how legit our defense is. Was week 1 a fluke or are they becoming a real deal?

need to see more of cj mosely. He's looking like an average linebacker much like last year. As much as we took the mickey out of the steelers in 2014 with the shazier pick, he's looking like the better player now that his injury problems are behind him.

The Ravens showed the Bills some things on defense that they've never seen before. So how much of that new defense does Pees and company have left in that bag? I know McCown has had success against the Ravens before, but this defense looked so much better against the Bills. I don't know if it was Pees, Weddle, Fraizer or what and I don't care. This defense hasn't played that way for a long time now. We can say what we want about the Bills, but they have some crazy talent on that team. In fact all I heard all week was how much talented they were opposed to the Ravens and the defense shut them down hard. Without Tyrod getting out of that sack from McCellan on 3rd down they would have had less than 100 pass yards.

If the Ravens can continue to attack the LOS the way they did vs the Bills, the Browns offense will struggle to get anything moving imo. I will say the Browns have some nice deep threat options so the pressure will have to hit home or the back end will have to do a great job of cover. The front 7 will be key in this game on the defensive side of the ball. If Timmy, BW, Suggs and company can control things up front, I think the defense will do well.

On the offensive side of the ball, the Browns didn't get any pressure whatsoever on the rookie last week. If they allow Flacco to just stand in the pocket, he's gonna carve them up, even if he's still throwing the ball flat footed. I personally had no issue with Trestman's play calling, I had issue with dump drive stalling penalties and lack of execution. From what I saw the Browns got killed by the TEs and it'll be interesting to see what they try to take away from the Ravens. Did Wallace and Perriman do enough to strike fear in their hearts too respect the deep ball?

It's always tough to win on the road, especially in someone's home opener. The Browns always play the Ravens tough and we saw last year vs the Steelers how a team can rally even when it's not as talented. I just think the Ravens need to stack wins early while they are still getting their footing on Offense. I think it should be a hard fought game that the Ravens will pull out.

Its impossible to get a sack vs Joe thomas so everyone down the center and right side need to step it up.

Im just glad we get one game without Gordon playing.

Big name receivers are a thorn in our flesh. Hopefully that changes this year...

You spoke too soon. Seems like Shazier's injury problems will never go away. Mosley though is a little bit of a worry. He looked great as a rookie when he had D. Smith next to him playing a career year. Not really bad after that but I expected more. Hopefully he turns it around.

Schefter just reported RG3 injury is serious... Really bad news for us. McCown looked so comfortable ripping us apart last year.

Honestly if McCrown is really that good then Cleveland would have no problem starting him. I know he ripped us to shreds but its quiet honestly better that we deal with a pocket passer than someone who can run. We can just simply go after McCrown and not have to worry about having to keep a spy or staying on the edge.

Mosely wasn't bad, he just didn't jump out. Orr did though, he was fantastic and I really think Orr's coverage will help Mosley significantly.

no injury..just precaution.

CJ is looking like a solid linebacker but nothing special. Poor mans Bart Scott at this moment.

McCrown had to beat out RGIII for the starting job and couldn't do it. Not to mention their top WR is Terrelle Pyror, a downgrade from Travis Benjamin IMO. If we struggle against him then we truly have issues on defense. How on Earth will he rip us apart with a much better secondary on our side and a downgrade on skill positions on offense for them? What's worse is that their offensive line has went through an even worse downgrade after losing studs Alex Mack and Mitchell Swartz and their losses had to be felt as they were dominated by Philadelphia's DLine.

If we lose this game, then by all means you can slam on the panic button. I don't want to sound like a homer and I know the Browns play us tough but we really should not lose this game lol. Honestly, a loss would be even more damning that the loss that we took against Oakland last year, this would be even worse than that IMO because Cleveland is just that bad.

At least now we have Weddle to help deal with TEs. Also this could be a good game for Correa, as he matches up well with TEs in open space.

Um yeah, I watched the Eagles vs Browns game today..

Griffin played like trash, their secondary got touched up by Carson Wentz and a no name receiving corps..they couldn't stop the run either.

I'm calling it now, Ravens 35 Brownies 9

Then you obviously don't watch ravens and browns games, this one especially is going to be tough

The browns always play us tough, the browns maybe a crappy boxer, but a boxer nonetheless, a boxer who gets up after getting his behind whooped and lays a punch back, that is who the browns are. They don't quit, they give it their all every game.

Oh I see. Is there anything else you want to add to the Browns qualities?

For that first paragraph... It means nothing lol. The browns have played us tight on our most dominant seasons. Talent means very little in this game lol

One INT last night and he's the better player? Come on man!

This upcoming game will prove to be a bell weather game for the Ravens season. Win easily and that'll give us a lot of confidence going forward. Otherwise...

It definitely means something. The Ravens aren't 25-9 against the Browns because of luck.

He played great in his first game of the season, but can you really say his injury problems are behind him?

He has to get on the field first. He didn't play one defensive snap on Sunday.

True. I hope he gets more play this time.

When I saw that RGIII was placed on IR and that McCown would be the starter, I got very concerned... isn't that pathetic?

We can't sit back. We have to attack him and get him uncomfortable in the pocket. If we do that, we'll win easily. Though if the offense does what it is capable of, it won't be an issue. Their D is awful.

bit worried about carl nassib vs softy jeremy zuttah..

Nassib is an edge player and will probably be on Wagner 90% of the time.  Shelton is the one to worry about with Zuttah.
