Also at the Verizon Center, they have them.  At those places, the bottomless souvenir cup is $9.   Perhaps the Orioles should also have the one free refill that the Ravens and Terps do.

I like to consider myself pretty adventurous when it comes to trying different foods, but balut is one that is never happening.
