Everyone Picking The Steelers

Yeah, last year, I was waiting for the Draft. This year, I get mad when they talk about it. I hate all the quarter-backs in college right now; Tebow, Sanchez, McCoy, Bradford. They're all a-holes, especially Tebow and McCoy.

Tebow and his cocky attitude remind me or Phillip Rivers. I have no respect for guys like that, and think they all need to drown themselves in a bathtub!

I really like McClain. I did before the season even started. He just looked really good to me in Pre-Season, and Training Camp. Barnes, I knew would be a beast either way, but he's more of a 3rd down pass rusher. He owned the Pat's O-Line and Brady. It sucks, because we have to wait 9 months until fotball starts. I get depressed. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Yeah, exactly! Everyone I know hates him. He wont be a good QB in the NFL. He doesn't have as much pocket presence than you think. ;)

Tebow is nothing like Rivers. Tebow is very emotional during a football game but he is a very humble person off the field. Very much unlike Rivers.

You have no respect for someone who spends his entire offseason giving aid to children in the Philippine's? This guy is a class act. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

Being a girl, I see all thru that sappy im a good guy act. Im sure he just did that for College, maybe to keep his grades up so he could still play football. Sorry No. Seems cocky. Dont like him.

Nope, wrong again. His parents run a missionary in the Philippines. He spends most of his offseason helping them out. It's not for school and he makes no money doing it. There's a fine line between cocky and confident.

Alright, back to "Everyone Picking the Steelers..."

The great thing is that everyone picking the Steelers, and let's be real, "everyone" is an over-generalization, but most people, sports analysts or not, seem to be leaning Steelers. Good for them.... Better for us.

Steelers, healthy, at home, and rested puts HUGE expectations on themselves. Ravens, injured, on the road, and playing 18 games without a bye leaves the expectations on them low. This is a great scenario for a pouncing by Baltimore, and its going to be a sad day in Pittsburgh when the Ravens ruin their season.

The thing that sucks is that I've been concentrating my energy on preparing for a loss that it's becoming very hard to believe that we can win. It's almost as if I'm doing to good of a job of preparation.

I think I need to stop and just anxiously wait for the game before I totally convince myself that we aren't going to win this football game.
The Steelers looked great against the Chargers, so now the Steelers are the hot team to pick. But as a Chargers' fan, I can say that the Chargers were very mediocre this year. The Steelers and the "experts" are overconfident from that Chargers game, which frankly was not an impressive victory.
You were'nt impressed? Phillip Rivers was impressed into the ground by Lamar Woodley!

I hope everyone continues to pick the Steelers. Going in as the underdog is great. It just makes that feeling when you win much more exciting. I know the Ravens players think they are the better team. That's all I need to know since they are the ones playing the game.
