2016 Week 1 Other Teams

Man... I hate seeing aqib talib happy. I wish bad things on him because he is a bad person and deserves it. I absolutely despise the Broncos and it's 100% because he plays for them.

Neither of those teams will be returning to the Super Bowl.

Carolinas secondary is very bad. I don't care what the line is when they play the Saints. Take the over. With how terrible the Saints D is. Bree's will torch their secondary.

I honestly couldn't believe how many WR's were running open in the Broncos secondary either. Cam Newton is just not a drop back passer. I don't care what anyone says. He looks so weird to me in a pocket.

Symien is the reason they almost lost. Lynch would probably have done better, or at least had fewer interceptions.

To be fair, if the Broncos hadn't decided to turn the ball over 75% of the times they got into the red zone, they would have won the game fairly easily.

They looked far better than I expected.

Neither of these teams will get past round 1 of the playoffs if they make it there.

I knew it would miss as soon as I saw the angle he was at getting ready to kick it. Unbelievable way to start the year but man you could see Carolina got frustrated so much that it was bothering their play. They were spoiled by the 15-1 season last year where they won nearly every week and you see when they lose, they pout and become sore losers.

18/26 for 178 yards, and 1 TD, not too bad of a day even with throwing 2 interceptions but Siemian will get better and limit the turnovers. As I said he didn't have to do much as Denver is built to win around that defense not the QB.

Probably the same feeling they had at the end of the Super Bowl.

Considering they are on a 2 game losing streak dating back to February , probably not good :-)

Denver defense didn't have the same bite it did last year and I don't know if Symien can keep up his play as teams get more and more tape on him. Still, there are reasons to be optimistic for Denver as the O-line did pretty good against a very good Carolina DL and they still look to be a very competitive team for this season.

Carolina gets a long week to recover and take out their frustrations on a 49ers team making the trip to the east coast for a 1:00 game. That one might get ugly

Carolina really needs an upgrade at the tackle position. I just can't see Cam making it through a full season with those guys "protecting" him.

I knew that would come back to bite them like it did in the Super Bowl. Their OL couldn't handle Miller and co then, and they couldn't do it tonight thus Newton taking a lot of unnecessary hits.

They are going to miss Trevathan and will definitely miss Malik Jackson.

Yeah. Trevathan seems like he was a leader on that defense and the on field brains of it.
