Yeah every once in a while a team can wear you down in the trenches. You guys are really good with the quick pass attack however to account for the fact that your O-line hasn't been all that good recently(except when playing the Colts of course).

No problem on the Rex front, undefeated against him as a head coach with the games usually being low scoring physical games so today wasn't a huge shock. Just return the favor in weeks 5,6, and 7 in particular

Rex really shouldn't be a head coach, he was best as a DC when he was with baltimore. He should just be a DC for a team with a good offense so they are unstoppable. Imagine him in say Indy or in Oakland, he's do alright.

lol there is actually someone on here who wants billy beane as the O's gm

I'm sorry come again? Is it your tommy wiseau profile picture who wants it because i'm sure he's the only one who would approve of that.

Bill really made Arians look bad

Yet, they might have won if not for that stupid passing play that drew defensive holding. If they just gave the ball to Johnson, they'd sneak in few more yards and were in 47 y FG range already.

I think the problem with Indy is that they just haven't invested much into that unit. Hard to get guys to play well when you don't invest in that area.

I do agree with Rex being a better DC than coach though, I mean look at how Wade Phillips has done as a DC with the Texans and the Broncos the past 2 years.

Yeah exactly, and also Indy seem to be in love with making sure luck are vinitaeri are paid and everyone else is meh. Honestly their pain gives me joy since they are the biggest crybabies in the league and have been the reason for some poor rule changes.

Wow.... so Patriots without Brady for 4 games and the 3 other AFC East teams all lose while the Patriots win. Pretty much still shows you no team in that division is ready to compete with them and dethrone them.

Speaking of the Browns... just reading through PFT's comment section on the Eagles-Browns game. Basically these two comments sum it up nicely.

Good thing Wentz wasn’t good enough for the Browns but RGIII is. Wow. Same old Browns.

Wentz wasn’t a good fit for the Browns. He’s a winner.

This vaunted Arizona secondary is getting picked apart

Well, they're starting a rookie corner who had a rough preseason and have really no depth behind Williams and Peterson. They've got star power with Mathieu and Peterson, but the rest of the corners are not very good.

The issue with this, though, is that when they have invested pretty heavily in there (Bjoern Werner, Trent Cole, Dqwell Jackson, Arthur Jones), they have gotten zero return, despite three being really good players with their previous team. They also found a way to get nothing out of Jerry Hughes, only to watch him tear it up in Buffalo.

Literally the only one I'd say that has given them elite play consistently is Vontae Davis and the only other acquisition that's playing remotely well is Mike Adams.

That is true although 2 of them were cuts, Jones got to play on our D-line when we were much better in that area, and Werner was pretty raw and has some serious bust potential.

I think part of it is that they have Grigson(who they are still keeping around for some reason) who has missed on a lot of guys.

I won't even argue that they aren't a well run organization, but Pagano also hasn't shown an ability to make what he's given work, which isn't always terrible talent.

Eh I think the Colts think they can just sign a couple guys and fix the whole defense when their problem is an overall lack of depth. A couple stop gap FAs like Cole and Jackson doesn't fix that they have been rolling with some pretty bad talent along their D-line and at the lower CB positions.

Hey I think we all love to see karma strike in that game and the Patriots lose to the Browns. Just not going to happen base off the fact Wentz(who the Browns could have had) tore them apart in his first career start.

So the Patriots pulled the win off last night without Brady and Gronk. Will Pittsburgh pull off the win against the Redskins without Bell and Bryant on offense and a questionable defense?

Then there is no hope for that poor soul, perhaps you've heard of cespedes, donaldson and addison russell? You know the 3 all stars we let go for nothing the last few seasons.

Steelers secondary is struggling to tackle Jordan Reed. He already is considered one of the best but would be in the convo with Gronk if he'd stay healthy.
