Oh My Gosh Hines Ward On Pti!

Hines Ward said that they dont like each other and then he said that the ravens always talk but you wont hear anything out of the steelers locker room he said also that he saw Terrell Suggs and Samari Rolle had injuries on thier groin and shoulder and that the steelers would highlight that. He said he cant figur out why baltimore hates him so much that he thought that he was well liked all around the NFL. I cant stand this guy. " what would it be like if the Ravens celebrated the super bowl on your homefield" Hines said " I think I would have to get in a fight with the guys from the Ravens because I wont put up with it" I cant stand this guy lets go guys!

I understand that football is a contact sport, and I'm all for a WR getting his licks in on a defender in while blocking in the run game (I played WR in high school) but if you are going to get your licks in, don't do it as cheap shots. If you have the gaul to lay a block on a LB or DB, do it cleanly and NOT like a beeyatch. I think the announcers at the Pitt/SD game hit it on the head with Ward: they said that Ben has to lengthen the play with his legs because Ward isn't the fastest and doesn't run good routes. Let him talk crap and just ignore him. You take him out of the game if you ignore the smiles and smart remarks, and then let his play show how much of a lackluster reciever he is. GO RAVENS

When was THAT said??? I don't recall that at all. It would have been Phil Simms part as the color guy and I listen to him intensly as he's a smart guy. Do you remember about when in the game it was said? I will watch that **** again tonight!

They were talking about the mobility of Roethelsburger (sp?) and his tendancy to hold on to the ball too long. They said one of the reasons for this was that Ward wasn't the fastest and he ran less than stellar routes. I think it was said late in the first half, but don't hold me to that.

Thanks. I will check that out. They're right when they say he's not fast, but I always saw him as a shifty veteran and to say that Ben has to keep the play alive because of Hines doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. It's not like he's still only reading half the field or anything. Hmmmm.

Second, YOU are the clown if you think that it works like that: "Every 15 years vs. every 12 years." That can't even be classified as a weak argument as it's no argument at all. It's pathetic and nothing more.
