Its the real raven bird color is purple? I thought they're black? so why is their jerseys and logo is purple?

Maybe the sun brings an illusion to make it purple but its really black.

Seahawks aren't lime green. Eagles aren't green, Panthers aren't blue.  What does jersey color have to do with the name of the team?

Look at Panthers uniforms 

Its Mostly black and some blue. Panthers are black with blue eyes

I Google Image Panther eyes and found pictures of about eight different colors.

I have a hunch most are colored contacts.
