man i cant wait for deshaun watson to get drafted - especially if we get tim williams/ryan anderson - i just wanna tee off on him - especially if he goes to the browns at 12... he's a player but he looks like he's never gonna be able to play a full season - he got lit up

Honestly think Bama could get the next 2 here with Hurts developing more, happy Clemson got one after a long time fighting for it.

certainly bama is set up on defense for the future - another great recruitment class and they'll be money

Yeah they recruit like crazy. QB has been holding them back for years and they got themselves a talented freshman now. Lots of raw tools to work with and that coaching staff will make him better. Then that team will be even more scary. Pruitt on defense is also a really good coach, did a lot of work on FSU during their championship run.

He survived some vicious hits from that Bama defense, if he can hold up through that, he should be okay in the pros

I gotta watch Mitch a bit more but I would be pretty happy if the Browns pass on Watson. I think he is legit. Kizer is talented but he needs the right situation

If Cleveland picks qb at 1 then i reckon the first three picks in the draft go Mitch trubisky, deshaun Watson, deshone kizer

if cleveland picks Garrett then I see Mitch trubisky going to the 9ers and maybe kizer going to the bears still which would maybe lead to Watson dropping to 12 (so maybe he ends up at the browns anyway...)

Tough to tell where these guys go at this stage. Carson Wentz was practically unheard of by most casual fans at this point. Don't know where Watson will go but assuming he doesn't go to a place like the Rams with nothing around him, I think he will be good

So not the 9ers or bears then... well I guess somehow the browns are almost the best option out of the top 3 picks for a qb

Bears are a good situation assuming they re-sign Jeffrey. Good O-line if they can return healthy, Howard is a pretty good back, Jeffrey and White. Defense is a bit underrated too and should be better next year. Fox will get them right

49ers are a mess

Browns depends on what they do in the offseason, they need help but they have cap and picks

Watson won't last in the nfl, he can't read defenses, his arm is average, and his body will be broken taking hits like last night. Browns would be fools to draft him.

Browns if they are smart will stick with Myles Garrett at #1 , or stockpile picks.

It's funny listening to Stephen A Smith sit there and ask how Mitch Trubisky could go ahead of Watson. Like he thinks teams soley base scouting on winning a National Title Game and the other QB didn't win a National Title.

Media hype is insane with the draft. Guess he'll be saying how much of a steal he will be for some team when scouts do their job and don't grade him out to be a first round pick.

Seriously, who would listen to Stephen A. Smith on draft prospects? That's a joke in itself.

I think it is a good question honestly. Mitch doesn't seem to line up under center(big transition to the pros), has a pretty funky release, and absolutely wet the bed in the rain this year against Va Tech. Plus we are talking about one year of production here, very easy for a QB to look good for a year, much harder to look good over multiple years like Wentz(on the FCS level), Winston(whose stats still regressed a good bit), and Mariota all did in college.

i think that just speaks to how weak this whole qb class looks - deshaun is running the zone-read-option but doesnt have the arm strength or obvious cerebral qualities that mariota had coming out, trubisky is, as you say, a hit/miss proposition yet might be the best looking pure pocket-passing qb out this year, and deshone kizer looks pretty good but not special by any means at this point
