We need a big play. Now Walker is back (I'm happy our 4th/5th string is back) and our defense should make some plays on the balls.

As an amendment to that statement, I think there's no way around the fact that Flacco is not good enough to put a game on his arm yet.

As for taking care of the ball, that's a different story. In spite of the one pick, he's done a fairly good job of avoiding crucial mistakes (though there were a few tipped passes that shouldn't have even been thrown).

Yup yup and I never thought that I'd be happy seeing Frank Walker on the field.

We need more Rice and we need more McClain and we need less shots deep. They aren't working. Change it up!
Between the dropped passes and the necessary throw-aways, Joe is going to have about a 5% completion tonight.
5/18 for 62 yards. Sure, there have been some dropped passes, and yes, Cam hasn't called a very good game, but mature quarterbacks can overcome that. I'm just hoping that we can get just enough big plays to pull out another lucky win.

It happened a lot those days...

He's not a rookie anymore. The regular season is over. He already has enough games under his belt to no longer be called a rookie.

He's just a young player, period.

I've been wondering that all season.
