Password Changes

i been trying to login but for some reason my password was changed. at first i had just thought i had forgotten my password until i checked with my gf and her account had been changed as well. i was wondering is this becoming a big issue or was it just a one time thing that might have happened. if anyone else knows anything about this could they post and try and explain it to me thank you.

Did you have a - or _ in it and forget it? It is not a known problem as far as I know.
